I just drove all the way to their location on Encanto. The location is basically a warehouse with no showroom, and was tricky to find. I was ready to order tables, chairs, dishes, glasses, flatware, tablecloths for a party, only to find that they don't offer most of that stuff anymore.....even though it is all still advertised as available on their website. I just wasted a few hours and now need to start looking for a new company from scratch. Disappointing.

When I returned the trailer it was just as poor of customer service and the outside guys just again made it awkward. Maybe they're short staffed and in a hurry but it really made it awkward hanging out at my truck waiting on anyone to acknowledge I was there waiting to take my purchase order as instructed by the guys inside. The store secures items on close out. Some items, not name brands, are cheap quality such as garbage bags, paper towels and batteries. The quality and selection of produce is near or better than that of Frys, Albertsons, and wallymart. If your expectations are high for clean floors and ritzy store design and set up, avoid this store. Most items are .99 cents. It's all marked with signage. For me, the clientele at this store is similar to what you might see riding the subway in NYC. I have seen patrons pull up in their beautiful Jaguar and Lexus. I have never felt unsafe or run into conflict here, even at 9 PM. But then, I am experienced. NYC subway is no problem for me. Carrying pepper spray is empowering - never used it. Also, I can run fast.

I arrived today at 1:52pm, per the internet they close at 3pm. Per yelp, they close at 2pm. The doors were locked so I went around the back since I saw someone. This gentleman was in his truck and I told him I needed to purchase flowers but he just said we're closed. I told him the hours posted said not until 3. He yelled at me and said they closed at noon. I said are you willing to lose a customer by yelling at me and he said yes & shut his window in my face. Never again will I go to this place.
