Now the biggest surprise to me was the potato salad, which 95% of restaurants get terrible wrong. This one was an 8 out of 10! Charging customers a high premium like this, you would expect the rewards program promos and credit to be a bit more seamless and functional. Lastly, we were overcharged on our bill. The owner, Ray, is a great business owner with a knack for quality service and a good golf game. The cost is a little high for a membership compared to other local courses but much cheaper than the closest competitor and in beautiful condition. The course is clean and cut, always making improvements and keeping golfers happy. The restaurant has some of the best food in the Minot area! In the winter when golf season is over they keep the restaurant open for a steakhouse vibe and wonderful Sunday brunches.

There isn't a flashing 'Rosie's Cantina' sign out front, so look for a brick building with a wraparound porch. Great stop!
