The workouts are challenging in the best way, and every class leaves me feeling stronger and energized. The instructors are amazing, motivating, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. The vibe is welcoming, friendly, and community-focused, and you can truly tell they care about their members. Studio 45 has become one of my favorite parts of my routine, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone interested in Lagree.

Since moving to Portland, I've been searching for a studio that offers Lagree and was excited to find this one, especially since it's only five minutes from my workplace. I attended my second class at this studio today (Friday, May 29, at 11:00 a.m.), and unfortunately, the experience left me feeling disappointed. When I arrived, I said hello to the instructor, but she didn't acknowledge me. I assumed she may not have heard me and didn't think much of it. During class, she corrected my form, and I was doing my best to follow her guidance. However, she seemed to become frustrated and abruptly told me to "forget it" before moving on. The interaction drew attention from the person next to me, who laughed, which felt embarrassing and discouraging. As I left, I said goodbye and again received no acknowledgment. What made this especially disappointing is how much I genuinely enjoy Lagree and how excited I was to find a studio that fit so well into my schedule. I've taken countless group fitness classes over the years--including cycling, Pilates, yoga, barre, Barry's, and Orangetheory--and one of the things I value most is the sense of community and encouragement these environments typically create. In all that time, I've never had an experience quite like this. The workout itself was great, and the location is incredibly convenient, but the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming and, at times, exclusionary. I'm genuinely disappointed because I had hoped this would become my regular studio. I love Lagree, but not enough to feel anxious about attending class.

I'm extremely excited for them to open up their second studio in the East. This location is so easy to find, and parking is a breeze. Classes here are generally 45 minutes, and they're slowly integrating beginner and mobility workshops. They're such a great group of beautiful talented trainers who support you through out the entire class. It's like a group personal training session if you've never had the opportunity to experience a Reformer's Pilates class. The trainers really know their anatomy and teach you how to properly engage your muscles with proper form and technique. They're also so wonderful at taking feedback and really want what's best for you, so if you ever have any ideas on things you want to see in the studio, they're all ears. Every one of my friends who I've brought here have been hooked on the intensity, the tribe vibes, and technicality of the variety of classes they offer. They get to know you individually and your strengths & weaknesses to make sure that you're doing what's most optimal for your body, there's always variations that they provide if you have physical limitations. So it's super important to communicate that to your trainer so you can get the most out of your session. The facility itself is beautiful and always so clean, even with all the foot traffic this studio receives. I love that they have toiletries in the restroom for you to freshen up with after class. & the theragun is so therapeutic after the sweat sesh. If you're looking for some motivation and a great community to be surrounded by, I highly recommend checking this studio out.

Corrections are gentle and rarely framed like you're doing that wrong unless you're about to hurt yourself. All ages and body types are represented here in a welcoming supportive environment. I truly appreciate the variety offered as every class is very different from the last. There are 5 reformers in the small room and one is extra tall and wide. Springwall units in the big room offer a lower entry price than reformer. There's a combo tower-reformer out in the big room used for privates too. Starting with some private sessions will help instructors learn how to tailor to your unique needs as you enter the group classes. They also check for injuries and ask for requests at the start of class. Anytime I join a studio where they don't check on injuries first, I'm unlikely to return, tbh. Begin instructors also have excellent habits of checking for consent on any touches. When a class is a bit smaller, it feels like they are tailored to focus on strengthening each students' particular weaknesses. Exactly what I'm looking for in my core workouts!
