The burger is delicious and everything I look for in one: juicy, huge beef flavor and I particularly liked the salty, seared crust on the outside. The bun holding the burger appears to be brioche and is soft and spongy, which absorbs all the juices as you consume it. These 2 components alone make this possibly the best burger I've ever tried in Manila.
