It was literally because of the professionalism and positive, confident attitude of Keri that I was reassured and kept in high spirits throughout the wedding planning. I changed my mind dozens of times about the food, the linens, this and that, and asking so many questions (probably the same questions repeatedly, I'm sure) and through the whole process she never batted an eyelash. She was never flustered, never seemed bothered, and always was extremely accommodating, helpful, and punctual. I will emphasize that she had excellent organization and communication! I was even making changes to the reception one week before the wedding and she was "can-do" all the way. Let me mention that we had ONE month to plan our wedding, and the Tidewater group made the dream come true. The day of, everything was in order, everyone was super friendly and helpful, and they kept their cool even though the weather was super hot. They were quick to check on guests and everyone was so happy with their service and the FOOD! Even our photographer gave them a special shoutout on her Facebook page and told us it was some of the best wedding food she had even had. And let me tell you, for what you get, the prices are incredibly reasonable. We ate like royalty. You won't find professionalism, confidence and warmth anywhere else in NH. I wish I could give them 10 stars. As an aside, since we didn't have time to have a tasting, we went to their restaurant, the Waterworks Cafe, and the food was to die for. See my review on that page!

At a recent wedding, just such a thing happened, and it was because of Keri's quick thinking and professionalism that this cake was saved. As we went to photograph the couple cutting their cake, everyone noticed that the 3-tier cake was tilting and sliding...... and someone needed to act fast. Keri calmly rushed in and literally held the cake up with her hands with just seconds to spare before it toppled. We successfully got our photos, and Keri quietly and confidently communicated with her staff exactly what was needed to move the cake and save it so it could be cut and enjoyed by the guests. Not only that, but the entire meal service was delicious and savored by all. The butternut squash ravioli with maple cream sauce and candied pecans was especially a favorite!

Smoke Shack Cafe in Londonderry, NH is an absolute gem and has quickly become one of my favorite…read morespots in the area. Their food is consistently delicious, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and it's the kind of place you look forward to coming back to again and again. The tacos, brisket, and chili are all outstanding - the brisket is tender and flavorful, the tacos are loaded and satisfying, and the chili is rich, hearty, and perfect any time of year. Their new breakfast menu is also a huge win, with creative options that still deliver that classic barbecue comfort, and it's great to have a local spot doing breakfast this well. Prices are extremely reasonable, especially considering how generous the portions are, so you really feel like you're getting great value with every meal. The staff is friendly, attentive, and down-to-earth, which adds a lot to the overall experience and makes the place feel truly local and family-run. The vibes inside are great - casual, cozy, and laid-back - and it's just as easy to pop in for a quick bite as it is to linger over a relaxed meal with friends or family. I also really appreciate that there are many clearly marked gluten-free and dairy-free options on the menu, which makes it so much easier for people with dietary restrictions to order confidently without feeling limited. Highly recommend Smoke Shack Cafe to anyone looking for fantastic tacos, brisket, chili, and breakfast in the Londonderry/Loudenberry area - this place absolutely delivers on food, price, and atmosphere.

I had an arnold palmer and chicken pesto sandwich and my husband had a cold brew and the jerk salmon power bowl.
