I needed a filter and for a small pool, after ours broke and one I ordered is lost somewhere in FedEx land. After driving all over and being told I'd have to order something online, I landed here. My wife and I just purchased a new home in EDH and one of the first things we wanted to get was a hot tub. We looked online to see what was available and what features we wanted, but we became overwhelmed. To my delight they had several hot tubs on display, as well as everything else you would need to maintain your hot tub, backyard and more. We eventually ended up purchasing a Bullfrog hot tub from The Pool place and we couldn't be more happier. The crew at The Pool Place are super friendly and they went out of their way to help ensure the installation would go smoothly. My water supply location was not ideal, but with several discussions with Mike, Jeff and David, and the sketches that Mike provided, all helped to ensure that every possible scenario was considered and anticipated to ensure the installation would to smoothly, which of course, it did. Purchasing a hot tub is a big and important investment for anyone, but the team at The Pool Place helped my wife and I through our purchase, and we are very happy. Mike and the staff at The Pool Place are the best. We have an old pool filter from the late 1970's. We needed a new o-ring. Nobody online could give us the correct o-ring. But Mike knew what we needed and had the right size. Amazing. I bought a pool cleaning solution on the recommendation of the staff. I did not think it would work for my problem but bought the product anyway since she said it would help with the scale problem on the tiles. I used a dime size amount and followed the directions. It did not work. I brought the container back to the store and explained why I was returning the product (that has their cost label on it). Because I did not have the receipt and I had opened it, they would not refund me the money. I would have been happy with a credit and would have used it in the store but that was not offered. I was going to buy a new pool sweep from them that day but walked out and will not shop there again. I like to support the local businesses but they have lost mine. read more

My filter cartridge for my inground pool had a problem. Mike was very helpful with a quick fix. But I guess my 16 yr. old filter wasn't going to be revived. Mike worked with me to find the best sand filter for my pool size and area where it needed to go. He was helpful, friendly and had the product in stock!! We installed it over the weekend in just a few hours! Within 24 hours My Pool LOOKED GREAT!!! I hadn't seen the deepend bottom in years. I just wanted to HUG everyone in the store for all their help and friendly smiles in my hour of need. Bought a pool from the Pool Place over nine years ago. Brought in my pump which stopped working, thinking I would need a replacement. Rather than just sell me a new pump, Mike took it apart, pulled out a dead lizard, did some finagling, and the pump was up and running again. No charge!
