When my pool was built, I complained to the pool builder (A&G Concrete Pools) that my "flow" out of the spa was wimpy, they sent "expert" after "expert" to correct the problem. They would shake their heads and say "Nope, that's about all the flow we can get." Then Bill came over to do another job for me. I described my problem. He said "Let me take a look at that." In ten minutes, he had the pool flow doubled. I asked him how he was able to fix the problem. "Nothing complicated," he said; "apparently, no one ever bothered to set up your pool correctly." So, yeah, Bill is "The Pool Whisperer." And, no, I'm not related.

Logan and his wife coordinated many sub-contracted crews to get our pool deck and salt water pool…read moreredone with deck pavers, then replastering the pool. Logan also installed a new pool light fixture, added a new valve to the pool heat pump. But, back to the actual job. Prior to the construction, we chose our tiles & plaster composition, then all materials were delivered and ready. Stage one was to put down the pool collar L-shaped paver. A crew of 2 guys did that. The man doing the actual installation of the collar pieces did masterful work, constantly checking and re-checking for all of it being spaced and level. Stage two was a far larger crew of 6-8 who cleaned the deck, then layered & sloped sand everywhere. The actual laying of the pavers went incredibly fast. This also included installing new deck guttering. Stage three was the replastering of the pool. Logan prepped the pool surface, installed the tiles we preferred. The next day the plaster crew arrived. The whole process only took about 3-4 hours. Stage 4 was pool maintenance by Blue Dolphin. They came twice a week for a month to control the pool water chemistry, keep the filter clean, etc. On the last day, I was given lots of extra salt, acid, baking soda, and pool stabilizer. The complete process from doing the deck and the pool, then the thirty days of pool maintenance was 6 weeks. We love the new deck. Any rain, which used to pool, now flows into the gutters and the deck can be dry in 30 minutes after a passing storm. The new pool bottom with the sea glass tile sparkles. Logan was always available by phone call or text and was always straightforward in our communication. Minors issues came up in this construction process. He was responsive and worked to solve those issues to our GREAT satisfaction.

Larry the pool man did not do a good job for us. First and foremost we have adt security system to…read moreprotect our property. This was not to spy on Larry but to protect our property when we are gone. When confronted about this he got really confrontational saying our cameras were not working. I call adt to run a system check on our security system and cameras. I had my neighbor and my son go and walk around the pool at different times. The camera started recording when they got 2 steps inside the screen enclosure. There is a camera in the back yard for security, I would see Larry going towards our neighbors house to do there pool. That same day I didn't see him come and do our pool. Then he told me the reason my pool looks so bad was our pool heater was broken. The pool heater wasn't even turned on. The reason I know this is I have 2 water features. When the variable speed pump was on filtration the water features work. When I wanted to use the pool heater I would need to increase the water pressure by turning the variable pump motor to 2 or higher for the water features, and heater to work at the same time. I took pictures and showed 2 different pool companies the way my pool looked. They asked if I had a gas heater? I replied no it was an electric heater, both companies told me if it was gas heater that this could happen especially if all chemicals are out of wack, but not on an electric heater. When got back from being gone for several months, my pool looked horrible. He then charged me $200.00 dollars for chemicals to fix the problem that he caused. I'm also posting pictures of what I came home to, the way it looks now and, the way it looked when I left. To all that read this, this is my opinion.

The market had fresh vegetables and fruits in season. Local brewery beers and a selection of wines as well. My real interest was the nursery. Loved the pottery. From succulents to Areca palms, very nice selection. I'll be back.

Catherine was so helpful and knowledgeable about every plant I had a million questions about. Once I made my purchase it arrived in 2 days! I've bought many plants online from different shops and you never know how they will arrive but Catherine always makes sure to package them properly so I've never had an issue when I open my box which is what keeps me coming back! And my addiction of plants of course.
