The delivery men were able to get there with no problem. We enjoyed the tub during this time, noticing all along that there was moisture around the bottom on one side. I figured it was condensation. Eventually, I decided to call Ray at Paradise and ask him about it. We made an appointment and he came out to check it. I live at least an hour from his store, but he came several times to attempt to discover my problem. It turned out to be a slight hairline crack near one of the bottom jets! I thought this was going to be considered our fault and the warranty wouldn't be valid. No questions asked...Ray sent his men to pick up my spa and return a week or so later with a brand new one...straight from the factory! They set it up and now I have a brand new spa!Ray was always eager to please us and didn't take short cuts or make excuses. He never asked us for a dime to cover his time or gas. I don't write many reviews, but Paradise Pools deserves one for their excellent customer service. Be assured...Paradise Pool will stand by their products! It leaked and had only one pump. The tub we had ordered had two pumps. The manufacturer put the wrong model number on the tub. They didn't want to take responsibility. After weeks of waiting, we decided we didn't want their brand. Ray worked with us and we ordered a different tub. It was going to take several more weeks for the company they use to install the tub. Ray said that he would bring the tub and install it for us. He came 2 days later in the cold. I really appreciate the way he took care of us. We purchased a 34' Riviera Pool in Crystal Blue, with a matching Sorrento Spa. We added on a salt filtration system and a heater for the pool because I want to be able to enjoy it on those warm days during the shoulder season. Tim was honest with me up front that it may be a few months before the pool came in, but if it was early, they could install earlier than anticipated, weather depending. Our pool arrived in December, about three months ahead of the estimated time. We began the install immediately. Tim and Terry came and laid everything out, and Zack dug. Within a day, the pool was in the ground! As the year began, the work began in earnest. There were a couple of weather delays, but it is the first week of March and our pool is waiting for the weather to warm up a little before opening it. Tim and Van communicated with me every step of the way. The contractors have all been friendly and even made sure to pet the dogs when I had them out walking. Due to rust spots, screws pushing thru the sidewalls and some tears from dogs and ice, we knew we…read morewould need a new liner for our in ground pool the following Spring. We decided to find someone to close our pool for the winter. That way, we could assess the company as a whole before we incurred the big expense. I spoke with the owner, Michael. He sent Warren and his crew to get measurements for a cover etc... All of the guys were very nice but it was clear Warren was in charge. Not because he was bossy, but because he took the lead. He patiently answered all my questions about the benefits of one cover over another. He gave me honest information and I was very comfortable with him. Michael then provided a written quote via email. The closing went well and we made it thru the winter. They followed up in very early Spring. Michael was curious about the rust. We have a salt water pool so he asked if the original installer (Holiday Pools - Grr don't get me started) had used foam over the steel walls. I said no because I could see metal behind the tears. Warren and his crew came out to get measurements. The walls were just steel, no foam. Warren also suggested we have them change out the sand in the filter, since we didn't know to do it and it was almost 10 years old. My sister and I went to their store to pick out the new liner. The selection is huge so seeing real vinyl samples was a great help. They have an area for you to sit and look at the samples. Michael sent this quote via email as well. He laid out different scenarios and provided cost break downs and turn key pricing. Just so you know, I didn't get any other quotes. Some might find that foolish. I don't. I go with my gut and this company and all the employees put me in my safe spot. I have not regretted going with this company. The liner installation went off without a hitch. That was a major undertaking and it went off without a hitch! Warren has been out to re-tuck the liner up under the Coping (common issue). He explained what he was doing and left me a tool so I could do it if it happened again. He also said it was no problem for them to do it, if I couldn't. Side note: his arms look a lot different than mine, so.... When our motor got REALLY loud a couple of weeks ago, I contacted them. I explained this would be our 3rd motor so if I needed something different, let me know. When Warren called to say they'd be there in about an hour, I told him they could reschedule due to torrential rain. He said they had a tarp and would carry on. As it turned out, the original and 2nd motor were oversized. My new motor is so quiet and will burn less energy. This is why I trust this company. I trust them so much, I didn't even get the quote for the replacement. I knew what motors ran through Amazon. Their price was very fair. I should also mention Jonathan. He heads up the service department. He is just so sweet and low key on the phone. He was in the shop when we visited to pick out the liner and he could tell we had a great time (not unusual with my sister). I found this company thru the magic of Google. I highly recommend them for service and installation. I won't even think about using someone else.
