From my very first call it has been an enjoyable experience. There was quite a showing frenzy the day I went to check out the place; however, after being a Realtor years back and being stood up by prospective buyers, I sort of liked how they set it up. It was hard to focus as more and more people came through; however, Yesenia Pallchizaca did her very best in answering all questions from all prospective renters. I decided right then and there that this was the place for me and worked with Judy Composto on the application process. I was approved within 24 hours and then contacted by Michelle Dennie shortly after who walked me through the next phase of the process. Michelle has answered countless questions that I've had with nothing but prompt responses, clear answers and the utmost courtesy. Everyone that I've dealt with at Tradewind Properties has been a delight. I've read some of the negative comments on here and I am sure there's some validity; however, I also believe that no company is perfect, just as no client is either. We can do the whole I'm the customer thing; however, at the end of the day communication, managing expectations and integrity all come into play with any business or personal transaction. I've asked so many questions; however, I want to ensure that as I transition from homeowner to renter, I'm doing the right things and not over-stepping my bounds. The home I've rented was in dire need of paint and I was happy to be able to pick my own colors and Michelle helped me work with the Agent of the property owner to enable me to paint the property more appropriate colors. The lease is very clear and the process was adhered to throughout the whole transaction. These are things I like to see from a company I send money to. It eliminates a lot of grey areas. So far I'm thrilled to not only have found a home that I want to live in and that will accept my dogs, but, that has an entire Staff of Professionals who are so very understanding and accommodating. I have no reason to doubt the experience of others, yet, at the same time I have not experienced anything negative in regard to Tradewind Properties.

At which point, they used it to pin us against "other" potential buyers. They told our agent that yes, we, as the potential should be upset but, "WE" as the agent didn't anything illegal. Well, you may not have done anything illegal but, your integrity is easily called into question.

Working with Carrie was very frustrating after she had proven to be deceptive. She argued the…read moreinspection claiming prominent issues found by the inspector weren't accurate when they were obviously valid. She promoted the property with an asset that was later removed. (Partially removed or possibly non-existent. Unknown, as she did not respond to inquiry.) She likely did not respond due to not properly communicating the offer/terms to her seller prior to this. The final sale included an appliance which was removed. When she was contacted about this she made excuses stating her opinion that we shouldn't have wanted it in the first place and tried to brush it off. She admitted she didn't realize this and did not communicate it to the sellers. She decided she would write a check that did not cover the delivery fee for a similar appliance, let alone provide us with the appliance in place as the contract dictated. While under contract, waiting to close, she tried selling us some of the previous owners misc items at prices well over their value, acting like they'd be doing us a favor by leaving these low quality (inconvenient to move) items. She left her large signs behind and her office ignored repeated requests to collect them. I don't know if she was irritated by not being able to close on previous contracts on the home or if she always lacks ethics and attention to detail. I decided to finally share my negative experience because she has proven my opinions about lack of integrity yet again. Showing complete disregard for the safety and well being for my two young children in the time of a global pandemic refusing to consider allowing the use of previous photos or even discuss any negotiation of the matter. Apparently providing us a courtesy that would cost her no time, money, or other resources has a higher value than what would have been multiple positive reviews thanking for her cooperation and support for her community, industry, and general welfare of others. Make sure if you work with Carrie you review every term negotiated, because in my experience, she either lacks competence or is knowingly deceptive.

He had excellent timing when it came to our requests for repairs, his open communication was very helpful when we needed his assistance for anything or had questions, and he upheld a high integrity when it came to the lease. He is a very humble businessman and runs his properties with strong responsibility. His maintainence vendors were very respectful of our home and willing to work out time slots for repairs in a timely manner. Our property was kept up to date with maintenance repairs (yearly) and state codes. His empathy was clearly shown during our time of financial stress, when he sent a list of community resources and county assistance programs, plus tips on how to file, to help us out. When our German Shepherd passed away, he sent out a sympathy email and gave the ok to get another dog when we were ready with no additional deposit. We truly cannot thank Nick enough for all of his help and his generosity. This rental property was not a regular rental property; it was our home. We look forward to buying a house for him in the near future.
