Mr. Mark Gettinger helped me in finding a great deal in Minnesota (I am living in the West Coast)…read more He also explained me in detail about the required process and paper work and prepared an offer that helped in competing with other multiple buyers and getting a right price for my new condo purchase. In addition, he communicated with the condo association and provided all required documents for set up the HOA payments on time. Moreover, he suggested to do the Mobile closing ( the notary came to my home for signing the closing paper in the closing date) which saved my time and $$$ money because I did not need to fly to Minnesota just for the closing. Mr.Mark Gettinger has provided an outstanding customer service. He commutated with my Closing company and Lender directly when I needed the information's clarification ( especially, the specific legal terminology). Furthermore, all the paper work and earning money sending were done electronically-it was so easy and accurate as well as saving a lot of my time and energy in this busy life. In Sum, the closing was done on time, and my Lender told me that they were impressed how Mr. Mark Gettinger was able to manage very professionally the condo purchase ( which is required more knowledge and documentation than purchasing a single home) and also for a Buyer who is living in the different state. I am recommending Mr. Mark Gettinger as a trustful, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and professional Real Estate Agent.

MARK GEIER..... SOLD…read more The word you truly desire to hear when you want your house to sell. Mark Geier came with a high recommendation so we interviewed him along with one other Realtor to learn more about them. It only took about 30 minutes to realize that Mark was our guy. One of the main things he expresses is the desire to sell homes quickly, not just get the listing. He goes over in great detail the steps in accomplishing that goal . Mark really listened to what we wanted and together we came up with a game plan how to best sell our home He is very confident with his negotiation skills so that you can get that extra dollar amount for your home. It took just 43 days for Mark to sell our home which included the inspection process. During that time we had two different offers which is fantastic during the current housing market. It is not uncommon to drive around the Minnesota area to see For Sale and Sold signs with Mark's name attached to it. He happens to be the number one top selling agent for Plymouth, but is very successful in other areas in Minnesota as well. My husband and I both loved the fact that the brochures that he had done up for each home was top notch and the photographer he hires is a professional photographer that did beautiful work. Another really fabulous and unique feature that Mark has for showings is a device that allows a Realtor to push a button that alerts the homeowners to know that the showing has been completed. It is a great device that automatically sends a text message so you can go back to your home, when potential buyers have finished looking. Mark has built a name for himself along with an honorable reputation. *Plymouth's #1 Home-seller *Licensed REALTOR since 1989 *Top 1/2% in Sales Nationally *President's Premier Award - Coldwell Banker's Highest Honor *Coldwell Banker Burnet's 100% Award *Relocation Specialist *National Association of Realtors Member *Minnesota Association of Realtors Member *Minneapolis Board of Realtors Member Thank You Mark for being with us each and every step of the entire process. mark@markgeier.com

He entered the bldg & used the facilities in the bldg without a resident. I reported him to the Minnesota Real Estate Board in summer 2024 & sent them the bldg security footage of him propping the lobby doors open & he was found guilty & was fined in the Fall of 2024. He requested an in-person Appeal board meeting which I was present & since he continued to be dishonest throughout the entire process, the real estate board severely increased his fine he had to pay to the board & required he complete other disciplinary measures & is on his public record for few years. He is the most dishonest Realtor in Real Estate & he is very unprofessional.

I share that because it feels…read morerelevant to how we were treated by DRG--specifically by their employee Patrick Cason, who communicated with us in an aggressive and condescending manner. It felt like he assumed we didn't know our rights and could be intimidated into accepting whatever they decided. We moved out on the 8th of the month, but DRG required us to pay rent for the entire month. Then they withheld a large portion of that overpaid rent along with our entire security deposit. The reasoning they gave was inconsistent and unsupported. They claimed smoke damage but provided no real evidence--just a dirty air filter, which we fully admit we should have replaced before moving out. But a dirty air filter doesn't prove smoke damage, and their own move-out report never mentioned any smoke odor or related concerns. In fact, the report--completed by someone hired by DRG--only noted a few dirty carpet spots, not that the carpet needed to be cleaned or replaced. Yet, we were charged for full carpet replacement. When we asked for documentation, Patrick responded with hostile and accusatory emails. At one point, he even told us the owner wanted to sue us and that he was "talking them out of it." That kind of language felt less like professionalism and more like an attempt to scare us into submission. We've filed a conciliation court claim to hold them accountable and will update this review after the hearing. Until then, I strongly urge anyone considering a DRG property to document everything, ask questions, and know your rights. The way we were treated felt exploitative and dismissive--and we don't want others to go through the same experience.

I had to move my clothes because my personal belongings were getting damaged. Invitation Homes has come three different times to address the issue, but each visit only involved briefly looking at the wall and attempting to dry the water from the rug. I was told they are waiting for a proposal. Today I was informed that the earliest available appointment is April 3, which means waiting 12 more days just for someone to come look at the walls again. This is unacceptable given the severity of the situation. The entire wall needs to be opened to address what appears to be a leaking pipe. The carpet and padding need to be removed and replaced, and the water on the floor needs to be properly extracted. There is now a strong odor developing in the room. The walls, window seal, window blinds, and window screen are also damaged and need replacement. Last night, water even started dripping from the ceiling lights and vents, which forced me to move my bed all the way to the door just to avoid getting wet while sleeping. This situation has made my bedroom unsafe and unlivable, and I am extremely disappointed with the delay in repairs and lack of urgency shown so far. Literally the room is flooding with water from outside and dirt mixed in.
