The working area is small and personalized for the owners and dogs personal needs minus the fancy stuff. My dog really likes the owner, doesn't mind being dropped off and that is so important to me. She calls when ready, never more than several hours. Very calm atmosphere next to a lot of groomers. Highly recommend to anyone who wants their dog to have the best care, and best grooming experience. Oh, she always looks adorable!

I ruined his coat trying to trim the hair around his eyes (who knew he could move so fast). I called Cranberry Dog Grooming after reading the reviews on line (Google, I think). Martha trimmed the area THAT day and then we set up an appointment. Fitzgerald looks amazing and he LOVES Martha. When I came to pick him up, he didn't come running to me like he normally does. He walked over and then went back to "hug" Martha several times. Her knowledge about Poodles and grooming is apparent in his beautiful cut and her kindness is apparent in Fitz's appreciation of her. I highly recommend. Martha is an experienced professional, she is business like in her approach and that's what I want in anyone taking care of our fur baby.

Our German Shepherd is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like what most people picture when…read morethey think of the breed. He was raised around other dogs his entire life, which makes it even more concerning that he eventually developed severe aggression and snapped unexpectedly. Looking back, there were several red flags during our experience with this breeder. The breeder seemed more focused on bragging about the father's legacy and reputation than discussing temperament or behavioral stability. The kennel environment was extremely loud, and many of the dogs appeared possessive, reactive, and poorly socialized. Based on our personal experience, we would never trust dogs from this breeder around children or other animals. We believe there are serious issues with the breeding practices and temperament being produced. People looking for a family dog should be extremely cautious and do extensive research before purchasing from this breeder.

My dog is a Bernedoodle and they really did an excellent job, without making the cut too short. My dog gets a little antsy, but they have handled her with ease, which makes it easier to leave my pup with them. While they aren't the cheapest option, I do believe they are one of the better options. The service is top notch and everyone seems to enjoy their jobs. Overall a 5 star review. Would I be back? We contacted the owner Vicki who first off was incredibly rude, accusatory and nothing like a business owner. She tried blaming us for what was going on with our dog and said I should have contacted them even sooner for a home remedy aka witch hazel... tried that for two days and it continued getting worse. I took him to the vet today because he isn't eating or drinking water and is just laying around (totally unlike him) and guess what? he has a skin infection! Vicki told me that they don't clean their blades in between dogs, but daily. Gross. Bottom line, my dog was just fine prior to going to Canine Design and came home with an infection from them clipping him to short creating an abrasion. $350 dollar vet bill, steroids and antibiotics. $85 dollars for a hack job. I even specifically asked they don't cut him like a poodle, what does he look like? A poodle. DO NOT take your pet here. Horrible customer service and rude owner.

We have been taking our dogs here for a couple of years - and Glenn & Vicki always do a great job -…read morequickly and efficiently. We just got a cat (not by choice) who has long hair. The person who had the cat was not caring for her properly and her hair was all matted - all over its body. Impossible to brush out and very unhealthy and uncomfortable for the cat. Our vet quoted $250 to shave the cat (included putting her out). We called our friends at Canine Design and they said to bring her in. We did and the kitty was shaved (Leo cut), cleaned up and out the door happy and with minimal drama in just a few minutes. I swear the owner Glenn is a cat whisperer - because he just picked the cat up by the scruff of her neck (and she is a nasty cat) like her mama did and she immediately calmed down and did what he wanted. Magic.
