I was pleasantly surprised by this place. This was my first experiences using outside grooming services. My mother has been a dog groomer for decades, and trained me very young. She is hours away, and I do not have any grooming equipment, nor the patience anymore .We recently homed a 5 year old male cat, Brioche (Brie) with us, who just smelled of his old home. We decided to look for a groomer, and I was very happy with the service. I was able to get in quickly, Tiffany was very accommodating and patient. I only asked for a bath and a brushing. I had already clipped his nails at home and put on nail caps a day prior. He smelled great and they even did a light trim which had greatly helped with his shedding! I actually think he loved it as well, hes been so loving to me all day! He feels great We are very happy with this experience and would recommend to others! read more

1. I was never notified via text or email that the grooming would take 30 minutes longer than expected. When I arrived at 12:30 he still was not ready and took another 10-12 minutes on top of that (45 minutes LATE). She said she sent me a message about him being ready at 12:30 which she absolutely 100% did NOT send me anything. *I know she has my CORRECT phone number because I have a text that she sent to me on Saturday, May 15th at 4:56pm about scheduling summer grooming appointments - so she has my information and could have easily communicated - she also has my email as well and did NOT send a message. ** I was late getting back to work (late to a meeting) because of this, which was NOT something I could just walk in late for! 2. I was never notified via text or email that my dog was being "difficult". She said they saved him for last because he's too happy and wiggly / clearly they made this decision when I dropped him off. **He is a 9 month old cockapoo puppy and has NEVER had a bad report the other times she groomed him. **This makes me feel like he was crammed in a cage the entire time he was there. ***Again - she had my contact information and DID NOT contact me. 3. I was never notified via text or email that there would be an upcharge for a difficult groom. *He had a matte on his ear that was the very first thing I pointed out when I dropped him off at 8am and mentioned he had another in his mustashe as well. **Again - she had my contact information and DID NOT notify me of any upcharges that would be required or mention it when I specifically discussed this with her at 8am in person. 4. I asked to have the exact same cut as his last appointment - a puppy cut - and if they could work in a cute mohawk that would be awesome. He came back totally shaved down - they have NEVER clipped him this SHORT before and...no mohawk not even any mention of it like - oh we couldn't do that or it didn't work out - not a word was said about it at all. He is clipped uneven and spots completely missed or cut waaay too close to the skin. Also he keeps shaking his head so now I think he has water in his ear (is she going to pay for his oncoming ear infection because of it?). Nope. 5. When I got him home, he peed for I swear 5 minutes straight - so, I am 100% certain he was not given the opportunity to releive himself there and that ticks me off MORE than the rest of it! My opinion only from my experience: Too many bookings and not enough time (should plan on time for difficult grooms as well) as part of that equasion. More interested in the $$$$$ and not how to give a thoughtful / intensional great customer/pup experience. IT SHOWS. We wont be back EVER and I would not recommend this place to anyone - word of mouth spreads. * I guess I want to know that he wasn't crammed in a cage for 4 hours (not offered water and DEFINATELY not given an opportunity to go potty) rushed through a careless cut(it shows), not communicated with at all about time, cost or difficulties and then charged $75.00 for the absolute WORST experience I have ever had? GET A GRIP....there are PLENTY of groomers out there that CARE and are professional about it - why would anyone put up with what I just described - which by the way is 100% on POINT - accurate. I fully expect the Owner to respond with misinformation about the situation. Go ahead and read the other negative reviews - there are other folks who have reported some of the SAME exact things I'm reporting. Her responses are all excuses and never just flat ownership of any shortcomings red flag? I think so - also she's flat out rude and that is mentioned in several ratings as well. It's natural to default to getting defensive when you have in fact given less than a great experience. What she should say is...we are really sorry - we messed up with your most prized possession - one that we have the PRIVLEDGE of being trusted with, and then failed to communicate and respect your time. what she should say is sorry - we messed up - PERIOD. read more

The staff were great and very helpful. They took care of my large Bernese with expert care and made sure to make his first grooming experience a good one. He looks beautiful and came out a happy dog! Highly recommend. read more

Tiffany is absolutely horrible and I will never allow my pet to return to her grooming business. She has horrible customer service skills and even mistreated my little dog right in front of me. My crew and several of my fosters have been going to Tiffany & Liz for what seems like forever. They do such an amazing job with my them & they aren't/never have been the run of the mill easy to groom kinda kiddos.
