The working area is small and personalized for the owners and dogs personal needs minus the fancy stuff. My dog really likes the owner, doesn't mind being dropped off and that is so important to me. She calls when ready, never more than several hours. Very calm atmosphere next to a lot of groomers. Highly recommend to anyone who wants their dog to have the best care, and best grooming experience. Oh, she always looks adorable!

I ruined his coat trying to trim the hair around his eyes (who knew he could move so fast). I called Cranberry Dog Grooming after reading the reviews on line (Google, I think). Martha trimmed the area THAT day and then we set up an appointment. Fitzgerald looks amazing and he LOVES Martha. When I came to pick him up, he didn't come running to me like he normally does. He walked over and then went back to "hug" Martha several times. Her knowledge about Poodles and grooming is apparent in his beautiful cut and her kindness is apparent in Fitz's appreciation of her. I highly recommend. Martha is an experienced professional, she is business like in her approach and that's what I want in anyone taking care of our fur baby.

My pup was then on recovery for two weeks after being spayed and Just before she was to go back I get an email that my dog should try their other facility without an explanation as to why. It felt very negative so I emailed the trainer at Dog Bay North asking what was going on with my pup in their care. I then finally get an email from the owner telling what the issues with my pup were. I feel if I had known that 3 weeks prior I could have worked with my pup and looked at alternatives. I was extremely upset on how they handled this. I had only had my pup less than a month when she went there and was just learning her myself. Their lack of feedback hindered my learning on what my pup needed for training. Unfortunately I will never use this facility again. Only other issue I had was anytime I tried to call them the line is always busy. I had a hard time trying to get the days paid for. Their office skills are a bit lacking. The only plus is the employees at this facility are very nice and care about the pets that are there.

Nick and the rest of the team was really great to talk to and super helpful with any questions I had. Getting my dog back after the training has been amazing!! Sending him for training was the best decision I have made and now I have a lifetime of great experiences and adventures waiting for me and my dog all because of the care and time this team has put into him!! Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to have a dog that is a joy to own and handle (and make the neighbors jealous with how we'll behaved and responsive he is)! Highly recommend!!!
