The trained the staff well but it's usually younger females who seem to have zero interest in anything other than making daily sales. I usually don't interact but today I did. And the first thing I was shown when asking about something for dry skin was $140. I was like ummm yeah thanks. I did not come for that. I did leave with 2 face masks and a new facial starter kit and spent a whopping $24. One of the masks was an overnight Korean glass skin jawn. There is no parking but I would still return

There're Q tips and disposable cotton rounds for you to swatch their products on your hands/face/lips. I like to come here and restock on my stash of tinted lip balms, blushes, and eyeshadow palettes from time to time. Very fast customer service from patient, friendly and helpful staff. Both cash and/or credit/debit card are accepted forms of payment.

Right after they charged me, the order was canceled with the excuse that I had requested the cancellation, which is absolutely false. I never canceled anything. Since then, my money has been in dispute because: The company does not respond to emails. They only send automated messages saying someone will get in touch with me, but no one ever does. Meanwhile, MELIO claims that they already sent the money to the seller and is now asking me to either pay again or provide my card number so they can try to charge me again. Absolutely not! This is robbery. I should not have to lose my money like this. And who is going to compensate me for the damage? This situation is unacceptable.
