After ***passing*** his 30 minute temperament test (a requirement before they will board your baby), I left him for that weekend while I was home, our first time apart. I was neurotic, he was having a blast. The team sent me videos of him playing the next morning and my heart was warm again. A huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Most importantly, I trust these people. You can't put a price on that. All the staff there are exceptional and care about every one of their pups. Their facility is well laid out, organized and clean. The play yard is also conducive to safety and playtime for my pup. I'll be doing a day care package so he gets socialized. They do it all. I showed up for my new appointment only to be told that they needed to reschedule again. The receptionist stated that she called me earlier and left me a voicemail. Obviously I didn't get the message and never called back to reschedule. The receptionist just assumed I received the message and never tried to recall. I have a short list of people I would do anything for. I say this because it also applies to four furry members of our family as well. Oscar, Benny, Bella, and now Charlie (recent addition) nap and snore with ease as they know I will keep them safe and fed at all cost. So any care and love shown to them is indirectly shown to me. Thus the reason for this review. Our previous grooming suddenly closed. As someone who is not about to attempt clipping toenails aside from my own and with a senior who needs monthly haircuts, this was a crisis. I had visited Woof Gang a few times when they were at their former location, but not since they had moved in front of Fresh Market. It was too vital to entrust this process to online only so I stopped by in person. The team was friendly, helpful, and very patient with my questions. I was still a little nervous as I pulled into the parking lot with the crew, but it was due to me being over worrisome. When the three of them (Charlie had not yet joined us) came out for pick up I almost had tears welling up in my eyes. They were the cutest trio you have ever seen. The haircuts and trims were perfect and the bandanas they were wearing made it a spontaneous photo session. But then along came Charlie. This guy is a senior hospice foster, which means we will love him until he passes in the days/weeks ahead. The shelter labeled him a Shih Tzu, but the groomer thought him to be a Brussels Griffon (the breed Ewoks in the Star Wars movie are modeled after). The grooming was right. When they brought him out he was the most handsome little old Ewok/man you have ever seen. They had cleaned away the matted fur and overgrown nails. All he needed was a cardigan sweater and a pipe. I am deeply grateful to not only have a groomer in place, but one where the team sincerely loves dogs, and most importantly my dogs.

And yes, the prices are the best you'll find. But here you'll find someone who takes notes at each visit so she'll remember the blade length or if someone is a little skittish (that would be my youngin Benny). She talks to them like their human (that's the only way) and handles them with care. I have no desire nor need to look elsewhere for a groomer. Once you've been here, neither will you.

I brought my Cockapoo in with clear instructions and multiple reference photos showing exactly what I wanted. Instead of following those instructions, they shaved her down without my consent leaving her completely shaved with a poodle type head and a lions tail. At no point did anyone call or text me to ask permission, even though they later claimed "matting" as an excuse. Any competent, professional groomer knows you ASK the owner first before making a drastic decision like that. They did not. The haircut itself is awful -- uneven, careless, and nothing remotely close to the photos I provided. My dog looked embarrassed and stressed when I picked her up, and I was honestly shocked at how bad the job was. What made this even worse was the groomer's attitude when I confronted her. She was rude, dismissive, and showed zero accountability or concern. No apology. No explanation. No attempt to make it right. Just pure indifference. This place clearly does not respect their clients, their instructions, or their pets. If you care about your dog, do not come here -- because they will do whatever they want without asking and then act like it's your problem.

I have went back and forth on whether to write a review for a very long time. The Ritz Pawton hurt…read moremy dog while grooming and cut him multiple times. He had to wear a cone for 10 days with ointment also so his cuts did not get infected. Upon picking up my dog I was not informed of any of his cuts. When I got home he would not stop licking his belly so I then saw the cuts. I notified and sent pictures to the owner which in turn throughout the whole process made excuses and blamed my dog for sitting too much. The owner, Fallon, explained to me my dog was just a puppy and would soon learn how to stand more for longer periods of times. He sat down multiple times and they allowed him to sit bare belly on an unprotected guardless clipper blade. When I asked why he was not in a harness she explained that another groomer was using the only harness they had. My dog was tired from standing is what it sounds like to me. I was given countless excuses the entire time I questioned why this happened to my dog. My dog being a puppy is still and prob never will be comfortable with going to a groomer. I give him Trazodone now when I take him to our new groomer because his anxiety is so bad. Praying this review helps to save another sweet fur baby from being hurt like mine was and still is

We get him trimmed with the "teddy bear" look, and Manon gets it spot on every time! There's not a hair out of place on his face or anywhere else, and you can definitely tell that Manon put great care into his grooming. He comes home all smiles every time, and the pickup/drop off service is so convenient! I work from home and it's not always easy to get him to the groomer. Her prices are easy to work into our budget too! In short, Manon does a fabulous job every time and my dogs love her!!
