When I called Sage Farms, the woman who assisted me was fantastic. We looked at website photos…read moretogether and she helped me pick out a selection based on the photos. Two other clients had ordered flowers for the family earlier in the day and she made sure my selection was different. She also went out of her way to make sure the flowers were delivered that afternoon and they were received within a few hours. So I was delighted with that. However. Our friends sent a photo and the flowers were very, very humble compared to the photo on the website. I was embarrassed with what was delivered and stunned that I paid $117 for what looked like $20 worth of Trader Joes flowers. I called the shop that night and left a voicemail asking if we could have a conversation. Two days later I sent an email and included a photo from the website and the photo my friend sent me. I never heard back. This morning I emailed the shop again, and said that since they offer a 100% guarantee, that I was particularly upset that I was never called back. I have only once before given a bad yelp review. It pains me to do it, but after reaching out to the shop three times to ask to have a conversation, and with no response, I decided to share this. I would upload the photo of the arrangement on the website and the photo my friend sent me but I don't see the function to do that.

Because seriously, if I could have a huge grape, that would be so awesome. And I thought that they were a bio-enhanced mutant apple that tasted like grape, but actually it's a Washington Extra Fancy Fuji apple that has been infused with grape flavor. They come in a pack of 4 or already sliced and smell amazing. The taste was very subtly grape. But not so much natural grape, but the grape flavoring that you find in some candies. Nevertheless it was a good batch of apples, very crisp and juicy. The one thing I do have to gripe about is that I think they should have been pronounced Gra-ples. Instead of Grape-L. Gra-ples just sounds cooler phonetically.

Just some site for a tele-florist faked up to look like a local shop. Then, Friday morning, just two hours before the service, I get an e-mail saying that they can't fulfill my order! In a complete panic I called Kashmir Gardens. They were able to make an arrangement for me and they somehow got it to the church on time. Absolutely outstanding! This kind of service is why I always try to deal with a local florist!

We were visiting for Oktoberfest and weren't able to find hat pins available before we left for home. These ladies were able to get the pins for us. We had already left and they are mailing them to us. All I can say is am so grateful for their kindness. There are all kinds of cool stuff to buy in the store. Beside really funny/naughty cups and cookie cutters, they have great kitchen utensils you don't always see in the regular shops. You never know what you're going to find.
