My dad had 75 dollar credit to use at the store as part of a credit card promotion. This was the…read morenearest store for us. When we arrived, we were greeted by the staff. It looks to be a higher end athletic clothing store. It's nothing big, but nicely organized with the staff showing which area was men clothes, and which was women clothes as well. There was a small rack with discounted clothes, but it looked a bit random and didn't have the right size and color for my dad. Instead, we checked the regular priced shirts. The prices were quite expensive, with many of the shirts over 80 dollars. We saw a nice full sleeve shirt around that price. We tried it on at their nicely kept dressing room. The shirt was comfortable and looked nice enough to buy, so we checked out at the counter and bought it. It was bagged nicely with a designer looking bag. After taxes, it was about 93 dollars, and after 75 credit back, we only shelled out 18 dollars. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions and needs. I also loved that there was signs showing that the respect all communities and don't discriminate. The store was easy to find as it is close to the entrance of the mall and not too far from security and bathrooms. For athletic wear, it's definitely an expensive store. However, we will be back since we get the 75 dollar credit every quarter. There are cheaper stores that also have offer athletic clothing of similar quality, but if you are wealthy, or have the credit card that provides the cash back, then I would say it's worth it. Overall: B+ (good, but could be a bit cheaper)

Bought the "No Sweat," bat warranty (2 year) on June 12, 2023. The bat broke on June 14, 2024. Took…read moreit to the store and was told by the cashier that the policy changed a few months ago and you have to deal with Asurion directly now...I said what happened to "Let us handle replacements and repairs?" They basically said too bad. I insisted they file the claim for me. Glad I did...They first filed it wrong and said it was accidental damage and it was instantly denied. Then after an hour of what I thought was fixing that they filed another claim. But in the end they stopped at submitting anything else for me. You have to work with Asurion I was told. So all weekend I'm getting email and text messages requesting photos (which I sent over and over again). Come to find out today (Monday) after all these photos and "service claims" they requested, Dicks had 3 of the same claims open... So then the one person at Asurion trying to help me said he consolidated all the claims and I only needed one more photo of the front of the bat. Blahah! I get another email saying they need two more. Asurion and Dicks don't have a clue about how to help a warranty claim. Asurion does nothing but try to wear you down until you give up, and quit trying. The store Managers use them as an excuse to not honor anything and the warranty is snake oil that won't help you. Don't bother!!! Dicks is a confused child in the world of baseball gear. Don't waste your time with them. Still working on trying to get them everything "they need," to ignore and deny the claim. I'm not giving up. I'll push this to the lawyers next. I'm sick of their crappy service and joke of a warranty, over pricing everything, unable to ship anything right, not knowing what's in stock bull doo doo. Go somewhere else for baseball gear. Sure, try it on at Dicks, swing it if you want, but don't buy it here! They've lost me foreverrr!

The company is owned by a gentleman named Doug and he's a one man band - he does it all. I recently needed to get some uniform shirts embroidered for work - I had purchased shirts from Doug previously and I was thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the garment and with the embroidery. So, when I needed some more shirts, he was the first person that I thought of. I dropped off two shirts that I had purchased else where for them to be embroidered. I was shocked when he said that it would be $10 for the two shirts. He told me they'd be done in a few days and they were! The embroidery is absolutely spot on and I could not be more impressed with the customer service that I received. I would definitely recommend Dougout Sportswear to any number of my friends!!
