We were there first thing in the morning and treated professionally, respectfully and politely. Our first visit there the place was very clean and smelled wonderful. These dogs are not easy to groom and their recommendations as well as procedures were explained so there wasn't any confusion. Approximately 4 hour grooming. When we arrived to pick them up, both boys looked handsome and smelled amazing. They were just laying in safe location watching other dogs get the pampering they just received. Both dogs are beautiful, incredibly healthy, and have been amazing additions to our family. And I really can't say enough good things about Famn Damily. I've been there twice now. With my family. In both cases we drove 240 miles to get there, just because we realized what a special place it is, and because we knew we didn't want to get our puppies from any place else. You set foot on the farm, and you see dogs that are truly living their best lives. They have so much space to run and play, they are so well cared for, and so loved, and so clearly happy!! And healthy. And the facilities that have been constructed for the dogs, that clearly took a great deal of time, money and effort to build, are very impressive. Melodie Hammond runs the farm.
