We did a trio class with Lindsay and boy did she jump right in. We started with the chair and it was challenging but felt good. We didn't do too much on the reformer but did enough to test it out. She was attentive to each of us (who had different levels or adjustments needed) and was constantly providing adjustments. It was a fulfilling hour-long class that made us want more (really! We wanted to see if we could squeeze it into our trip again on our remaining days) The space was clean and beautiful with heated floors and nice facilities. Glad we tried here and would love to return on any trips back!

I came to Karve wanting to be more toned, become strong but not bulky, get better posture, and to have a workout that challenges me without being high-impact or rough on my joints. All of those wishes have come true with Karve, and I have lost extra weight as well. It has also significantly increased my core strength-- it shows in the way I do other exercises, my posture, and how my clothes now fit better. Every day is a little bit different and each instructor has their own teaching style, so the workouts are never repetitive. The environment is so supportive and I always look forward to seeing familiar faces in class. I drive all the way from Provo to Lindon to attend these classes because they are simply that stellar. When I first arrived at Peak 45, I was super intimidated--I won't lie, the Megaformer is no joke. But every single teacher was instantly warm, welcoming, and incredibly supportive, even when I needed to be reminded for the 100th time how to do "Scrambled Eggs." I still have work to do in the speed of my transitions and occasionally need the stability pole, my body quickly and visibly changed in ways I had never experienced with any other workout. For decades I have worked out with trainers, lifted weights, and ran 10ks--nothing has ever gotten me as fit as Lagree. I literally feel the strongest I ever have, which is saying something at my age. What I absolutely didn't expect, coming from the often silent world of Pilates, was how incredibly friendly the members are. It feels like a real community where we're all authentically rooting for each other. High-fives and celebration of each other's "shakes" are not uncommon. In my previous Pilates classes, it always felt like being in a middle school library where no one talked to each other. The teachers at Peak 45 are super motivating and create classes that are always fun and simultaneously super challenging. As I said, all the teachers are genuinely friendly,they'll know your name after your first class, celebrate your successes, and encourage you to do more than you thought possible. It's at Michelle's gorgeous home right near the Canyons Ski Resort. Very beautiful little studio and totally professional. Michelle was very knowledgable and gave us exactly what we wanted. I was a little sore the next day! It felt good! I wish there was a studio like Pur near my home.
