We did a trio class with Lindsay and boy did she jump right in. We started with the chair and it was challenging but felt good. We didn't do too much on the reformer but did enough to test it out. We wanted to see if we could squeeze it into our trip again on our remaining days) The space was clean and beautiful with heated floors and nice facilities. Glad we tried here and would love to return on any trips back!

I came to Karve wanting to be more toned, become strong but not bulky, get better posture, and to have a workout that challenges me without being high-impact or rough on my joints. All of those wishes have come true with Karve, and I have lost extra weight as well. It has also significantly increased my core strength-- it shows in the way I do other exercises, my posture, and how my clothes now fit better. Every day is a little bit different and each instructor has their own teaching style, so the workouts are never repetitive. The environment is so supportive and I always look forward to seeing familiar faces in class. I drive all the way from Provo to Lindon to attend these classes because they are simply that stellar. The owner Brooke is also really nice and she has done an incredible job creating the perfect workout environment.

I have been working out with Juliy Marie at her Pilates Studio in Park City for five months. It has…read morebeen a wonderful experience. I am disabled and have partial paralysis from the waist down. Juliy pays very close attention to my physical needs making sure that pain is recognized and atrophy is addressed. My one hour sessions go by so quickly. Juliy offers a variety of exercises on the Pilates equipment that focuses on firing muscles throughout the body using resistance. I have never been sore, but I leave my sessions knowing I have had a good workout. The workout gives me a sense of well-being without compromising my handicap. It has put a spring in my step even though I use a cane. I highly recommend Pilates with Julie Marie to anyone with or without a disability for good health.

Prior to coming to Peak 45, I was a Pilates person, and honestly, I was super scared of Lagree. I…read morethought Lagree was for 25-year-old Instagram stars who drink matcha lattes--definitely not for me. When I first arrived at Peak 45, I was super intimidated--I won't lie, the Megaformer is no joke. But every single teacher was instantly warm, welcoming, and incredibly supportive, even when I needed to be reminded for the 100th time how to do "Scrambled Eggs." I still have work to do in the speed of my transitions and occasionally need the stability pole, my body quickly and visibly changed in ways I had never experienced with any other workout. For decades I have worked out with trainers, lifted weights, and ran 10ks--nothing has ever gotten me as fit as Lagree. I literally feel the strongest I ever have, which is saying something at my age. What I absolutely didn't expect, coming from the often silent world of Pilates, was how incredibly friendly the members are. It feels like a real community where we're all authentically rooting for each other. High-fives and celebration of each other's "shakes" are not uncommon. In my previous Pilates classes, it always felt like being in a middle school library where no one talked to each other. The teachers at Peak 45 are super motivating and create classes that are always fun and simultaneously super challenging. As I said, all the teachers are genuinely friendly, they'll know your name after your first class, celebrate your successes, and encourage you to do more than you thought possible. Peak 45 not only makes you stronger but also creates an incredibly supportive environment. Thank you, Peak 45, for giving me an amazing workout, a wonderful community, and abs! I will hit my 100th class on Friday and I will be there for hundreds more! Thank you Peak 45!!!!!
