They told me that she liked to play aggressively and nipped (normal puppy activities). They failed to mention that she bit hard and latches on. It was going good until she decided to latch onto my hand and pull me down and then get ahold of my elbow. I was there trying to get her off of me without hurting her while the employees just stood there and watched. They only intervened when I started yelling I'm done get her the F off of me. I left with my hand bleeding and scratches and bruises up my arm. I'm not blaming the dog it's not her fault. But wouldn't you think that they would try to break a dog of that habit BEFORE you let people try to play with them.

The customer service there is spectacular, Dustin whose the head of the fish department is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing along with George and Hunter! I always go in with question and come out with an answer whether it's directly from them or they find out for me. They always have beautiful stock of fish in ranging Mollies and Guppies to Angels and Gourami's; they even have saltwater. Their tanks are always spotless with rarely ever having dead fish in their tanks! They have a nice small selection of live plants. Petco is the premier place in Chambersburg to buy fish!

It's great for pet supplies, and they have tons of fish. Great selection for small pet supplies, they have tons and it's often cheaper than PetSmart. If you have a pond or want to start one, they have lots of supplies for that as well. My husband often goes in for "one thing" and ends up looking around for awhile. The cashiers and staff are all friendly, and if you need help finding something, there is always someone nearby to help. While they do sell pets, it's not like most stores selling pets. Their kittens are often strays they find which are tame and friendly. When we can, we like to go to Franklin instead of chain stores. Prices are comparable, and sometimes lower than chains. It's a laid-back atmosphere and pleasant experience.

The place is difficult to describe in words due to its broad selection, so it's best just to check it out yourself!
