They were well aware they cut to deep when trimming her nails and applied an ointment that stops the bleeding. However, they never mentioned a word when we picked her up and I only found out because the quick stop treatment applied wore off and she started bleeding again once we got home. Our appointment was for 2pm and she wasn't finished until 5:20! I had to call and see what was going on, wasn't given any explanation for the 3 hour wait. Completely unprofessional and uncaring. Will never ever use again!!!!

Took both of my dogs here for the weekend. However, CharLyn did an amazing job, even allowing them to stay together so my timid dog could be comforted by the more confident one.The kennels are clean and temperature controlled, and the prices are more than fair. The dogs are walked and snuggled while they stay also-my little one fell in love with them, giving kisses as we left. They obviously love dogs and love what they do. So thankful we chose Char Lyn!

The effort was extremely expensive, I will say, but the results were excellent. Last year my other cat also had dental problems and required his canines plus two other teeth removed! As before, the surgery was extremely successful and he also promptly recovered. Although their prices are high, my cats have gotten great care over the years. They have baby carrots you can feed some of the animals. The monkeys are so cool, when you throw the baby carrot, they catch it, eat it, and wait for another. They must bleed orange with all the carrots they eat. The emus are cool. The big cats, I could stare at for hours. I really enjoy the whole experience, including the exercise.

From our first call to the clinic when we spoke with Laurie in the office to set up our initial wellness consultation to finally meeting the Doctor the process has been excellent. They asked us to download an app that can keep us in contact with their office and remind us of any upcoming appointments as well as ordering of food and medicine this is next level. Our first visit went well and the interaction that the Doctor had with us was great. He wasn't in a hurry, a just wanted to explain everything in detail making some suggestions for us to consider for our boy down the road. After the visit the Doctor called us to make sure everything was good and again he was in no hurry to get off the phone. This has been a great experience so far and we have complete confidence in them. We had a terrible experience with the vet prior to Carlisle Small Animal in Gettysburg, so we were concerned but unnecessarily as it turns out.
