She texted me updates, photos, and videos assuring me they were in great care. She even noticed when a family member had stopped by and turned off a light in the house, and she made sure I was aware someone had been inside. The girl on the phone was so nice and all of the workers that I interacted with were too. I knew that my pet was in great hands! I watched him occasionally through the webcam and it was so fun to watch him play. He loved the girls and he followed them around. I really liked the schedule and the amount of play time and walks that the dogs receive. Some boarding places may be cheaper, but this place is definitely worth the price and I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. It was so cute to see my dog sitting on one of the girls lap during play time. He's very spoiled and it was so sweet that she let him sit there. He gets very anxious around new people and I was glad that he felt comfortable. I decided to place him in the boutique, which is meant for small dogs, but in the future I will probably put him in the Hills suite. There are always dogs in that suite and I don't want him to feel lonely at night. One night he was all alone in the boutique suite so I felt bad ): When we went to check him out they gave us a picture and a report card. This was so adorable!! I loved the picture so much. I was so happy with my experience and I will always bring my dog here for boarding. He misses his new friend Lulu!

I also like that they are given 3 hours of playtime each day. Shortly after we dropped off Juneau we noticed someone had put her toy and slow feed bowl in her kennel. Then the next day we noticed there was no toy, bowl or cot. I had watched over a 24 hour period and nothing changed. I emailed and asked why this happened and I never received a response. She was being fed in a regular bowl, which she will eat too fast and choke. I also noticed a pee spot on the floor and was not sure if it was due to this or not. However, Juneau is just a puppy (fully potty trained) and used to going outside every couple hours, so I don't know if that was the issue or not. I never found out what happened.

They have the cat mojo in them for sure! My cat is very sweet, but is very shy and when new people come to visit she always runs to the basement to hide, but when Eve came to do a walk through Butters was still around upstairs wanting to inspect the newcomer. After leaving for our vacation Eve sent me a text everyday and a couple of adorable pictures! It assured me that my house and cat were safe. Butters enjoyed their company so much that when we came home Butters was even cuddlier than she was before Eve and Shiloh gave her their love and attention. There's a web cam in the room so I could check on them whenever I wanted, and they always looked content. They got plenty of attention and the price is extremely reasonable -- much cheaper than boarding services where they'd be stuck in a cage all day. Eve also used to do home visits with my previous cat and did a great job with him. She is very trustworthy and reliable, with good communication. Highly recommended!

Cats are pretty easy to care for in the grand scheme of pets, but we really loved the job Crystal did. This company was a God-send!…read more Over the holidays, I was in need of some one to watch my Lab mix doggie for 10 days. I absolutely did NOT want to put her in a kennel. I wanted to her to be in her own environment (I'm one of those people that view their dogs as part of the family and my husband and I like to refer to her as our "fur-baby", so yes, we are over protective dog-parents). All my friends who normally would have watched her- couldn't, due to the fact it was over Christmas and New Years- Panicking, I did a quick search on Yelp and found this place. I saw they have good reviews, so I emailed the owner, Meghan Gilliatt, and she emailed me back right away (um, amazing service!) She was able to answer all my questions and concerns. We set up a free consultation with the manager, Laurie. She came over to our house and right away we knew that the people who work here, love pets! Our dog immediately loved Laurie (after all dogs know right away if some one is a doggie-lover) We set up our doggies visits while we were away. While we were gone, the employees sent me text updates with pictures every day! They also fill out a daily visit "report card" so you know everything that went on for each visit. I loved that even though we were far away, our dog was happy in her own home and getting so much love! This is a fabulous company and they have so many options and services that really cater to your needs. I will be using them again! :D

Her onboarding / meet-and-greet process was super thorough. She also makes sure you meet anyone on her team who may be covering visits for your pet and she met my requirements for comfort and security. She and her team member, Suzanne, were very enthusiastic about dealing with my dog. Probably more enthusiastic than me at times. :-) As with any in-home service provider, you just have to be specific about your needs and "nit-pickies" so that everyone is on the same page and all should be well. Natalie was open to any specific details I had needs for and they also anticipated asking and taking care of things I would not have considered. Pamela and Meredith provided excellent care for our pup. They met with us before our trip to introduce themselves and ask detailed questions to be fully prepared to provide the best care.
