They know customer service and know how to keep items in stock. They don't give whiny excuses either, like the company who brings us the dog food went out of business. Seriously? Such a lame excuse. At least come up with a better lie. I'm not calling to have this issue resolved since I am never shopping at Petsense again. The store on Crystal Hill is even worse. All the information is here. Anyway, I had checked the website to see if they had the dog food I needed IN STOCK before I drove here. The website showed 10 cans of Zignature Turkey can food and 2 bags of dry. I drove from North Little Rock in the pouring rain. I show up, there is a gentlemen laying over the counter playing on his phone. I guess he thought he was at home in bed. I go check and there is no zignature dog food (can or dry) I needed. I say something to the lazy guy at the counter and all I hear are excuses. His excuses are not my problem. His incompetence is no longer my issue either because shopping here is never going to happen again. Trust me. Chewys is way better with customer service and price. How about instead of sprawling across the counter, like you are at home, you make yourself useful and update the website. BTW, He offered ZERO resolution. Just a bunch of worthless excuses and whining. This is not the first or second time this has happened, but its definitely the last. I ordered my food from Chewys today. They never give tired excuses, only great service. Chewys is much more reliable and I don't have to drive anywhere. Petsense should be named Petsenseless... MAYBE Petworthless.

In the consultation I gave clear instructions on what I wanted. Not one time did she say that it was not what they do for a lion cut. The lion cut for a Pomeranian has clear instructions that were not met. When I called very calmly to address my concerns she yelled at me. Never apologized and was rude. They also sell dogs that are not purebred with fake disclaimers such as this a mini and it's not. I would not go here for grooming or purchasing a dog.

Ear, anal, teeth the whole work. I also added on a flea shampooing and rinse bc I know we are about to start traveling. Picked my babies up yesterday paid 140 plus tax, i think it came up to 158 ish. Picked them up and we're going on about our day. Thats when I noticed that my male yorkie was scratching a lot . so I pulled over and I started examining him. His skin was so irritated and he had fleas on him. So I called up there on today to speak with someone and the Lead manager at Petsense in Eldorado Ar said that she would have to get with her manager bc she didnt have no authority to anything. I told her his skin wasn't irritated nor did he have fleas when I brought him. I did the flea shampooing/ rinse as a precaution to help prevent him from getting fleas. Mind you I treat and spray my yard consistently so he didn't have them when I dropped them off but now he does. So the lead acting manager tells me that all she can do is have me bring them up there for another flea shampooingg/rinse. No ma'am I will not, I then proceeded to ask for her name and she hangs. Let's talk about rude and unprofessional. I will never take them back to Petsense in ElDorado Ark. They are not clean, nor are they professional at all. When customers are spending there money, espechally 150 plus dollars then I need to be satisfied with the services that I have paid for. If I could have given them a half of a star I would. I do not recommend using Petsense at all. I had to make an appointment for my baby to see the Vet bc of how bad his skin was irrItated and I have bathe him twice since then. Now I have to wait until Monday for my baby to see the Vet bc they are closed. Do not use Petsense in Eldorado Ar. Very Very unprofessional and unsanitary

Secondly, why are u firing your employees for ridiculous reasons?? if a dog dies there, the manager on the clock gets fired because she couldn't go to the vet all the way in Shreveport when the dog would've already been dead in her car by the time they got there ?? that isnt a good reason to fire someone. Now I here your firing everyone because of the situation like what ?? I swear every business here is messy. DO NOT expect me to buy anything from petsense again!! and this is just the tip of the iceberg of what they've done.
