Company- mychefalan.com Phone - 770-653-7076 E mail - agpete1696@gmail.com. Details: I hired Chef Alan recently for a personal cooking lesson at my home and my husband and I enjoyed the experience very much. Chef Alan took plenty of time beforehand to hear what I wanted to learn and even met me at a nearby Kroger to help select the shopping items. The menu items we cooked were seriously delicious! Menu: We made boneless pork piccata and mashed potatoes. Both items turned out wonderful-excellent flavor and presentation. Overall experience: Chef Alan was happy to share his knowledge with us and answered general questions about cooking and gave us equipment tips. He even emailed us the ingredients and recipe afterwards so I have it on file to make again and again. I would recommend taking a personal cooking class to anyone who has a difficult time following recipes and for anyone who is tired of throwing away food and countless meals you've taken time to prepare. Learning how to cook from a personal chef like Chef Alan will help save you so much time and money in the end it's well worth it. I will absolutely hire Chef Alan again for many more cooking lessons.

This review is way overdue, but this year has been just a little crazy…read more My wife's 30th birthday was back in July, and I was mortified because I wasn't going to be able to do anything special due to COVID. But after a while, I found Chef Chip online. I was a little nervous getting his services for the first time for my wife's birthday, but I am glad I did. His communication with me was fabulous from moment one. He Arrived one hour earlier to start cooking brunch and returned in the afternoon for dinner. Everything was perfect. The food was of excellent quality and delicious. His prices were very fair, with all the costs explained upfront. I won't be surprised to see him one day on the TV winning TOP CHEF! I can't wait to have Chef Chip back here for another fantastic meal. THANKS CHEF!

Chip is good-natured and friendly and joined in our family banter with ease, while at the same time producing a gourmet meal from a tiny kitchen in a rented house that had only a hodgepodge of dishes and cutlery. We ordered the fried green tomatoes, blueberry salad, filet and scallops and sea bass, and lemon curd. Everything was cooked to perfection, and he even took the time to teach my niece a little something about plating and presenting during the dessert course. Overall it was a 5-star experience that would have been worth twice the (surprisingly affordable) price!

She served a 4 course meal that included a Shrimp and Grits appetizer, Salad, Surf & Turf (Awesome Salmon and Ribeye coupled with Shrimp), Dirty Rice w beef, 4 Cheese Seafood Mac N Cheese, and Seasoned Broccolini and Shrimp followed by Key Lime Pie served with Mango Sorbet. Everything homemade!! O.M.G!!! The food was Ah-mazing - seasoned, flavorful, and savory!!! The ribeyes were so juicy and tender that we used butter knives to cut the steaks. All of this was prepared in my kitchen and we were served like Royalty. In addition Chef Dean has Pastry Chef that made a spectacular Birthday Cake - again homemade - melts in your mouth!! Her professionalism and skills were above my expectations. My Husband thoroughly enjoyed the evening provided by Diva's Touch as well as the rest of our family. We booked her services again before she left for the evening. I posted a pic of one of the plates but will post more once we get them from the photographer.

Luckily, I had her email and knew she'd respond right away. What can I say? From the very beginning, I knew this was going to be quite the experience. Hannah and I were in touch everyday curating the perfect menu for my girls trip. She was extremely accommodating as one of the girls did not like meat so she quickly made her own choices for my friend. She's extremely communicative which was my favorite part about her services. She made this experience 10/10 for us. And the FOOD?! Phenomenal! We devoured everything. Hannah took care of all the courses and one I didn't include was the kale Cesar salad that tasted so yummy and added the lightest clean touch to our steak dinner.
