Dr Gall's office found me the first open appointment within my schedule (3 days). His staff is friendly and very informative, that was the first time I ever received tour of a full dentist office. When I was seen by him, he let me talk and explain what work I wanted done and where I wanted my teeth to be in the near future. He explained what needed to be done and even explained why he was suggesting certain things. I have just begun my relationship with them but I do believe as long as it continues in the same fashion, it will be a long relationship. I will recommend my family and friends to him.

I called back in January just to find out that they never sent it to my insurance and that they were going to send it "right now." They didn't even send the bill for my initial checkup to my insurance. I called back this month, February, and they claim that they still haven't heard back from them. I have never had to wait more than 5 days to hear back from my insurance. Almost 5 months of waiting. This is disheartening since I have something pretty serious going on with my tooth and now I have to find a new endodontist and have my records sent over to them.

Both of his assistants are amazing and very kind and informative as well as Dr. Corns. You could immediately tell he's very good at what he does, instead of the usual numbing at a dentist that numbs your entire face he numbed only the tooth and area immediately around it and the entire root canal was completely painless. They do separate the procedure into two visits about a month apart because he said because there are much better outcomes this way. After leaving that first day my tooth was completely pain free and only had to wait two hrs before I could eat normally. My tooth felt completely back to normal in between visits and the second part was very quick and also painless. Everyone I met was extremely kind, professional, and talented. Pricing was a little less than the quote I received on the phone and in line with the other places I called around to, but most of them couldn't fit me in for weeks, and even though his schedule was full he got me almost immediately. I've always heard root canals were painful but I've felt absolutely no pain during or since the procedure. I can't recommend Dr Corns and his team enough, my only regret is that he doesn't do general dentistry or I'd have a new dentist. Their offices were nice, clean and very comfortable as well. Complete experience was a 10/10.

A plan was offered that was in my best interest instead of the dentist. I was the focal point, not someone who was being processed. The friendly professional banter among the staff and the cordiality was inviting. I was at home! The trust factor was through the roof! ZERO STARS! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE. In my opinion, they deserve zero stars. My experience…read morewith this office felt far more focused on billing than on patient care. I went to Ivory only because my previous dentist retired. For years I had routine six-month cleanings and was never told I needed a deep cleaning. But at my very first appointment here--scheduled for a regular cleaning--I was suddenly told I needed a deep cleaning instead. When I questioned it and asked for the routine cleaning I came in for, they refused to do it. I was told they couldn't perform a regular cleaning and that the deep cleaning was required. They reassured me repeatedly that they would work with my insurance and that it would be covered 100% because they "make sure patients don't have to pay out of pocket." After a long, frustrating discussion, I reluctantly agreed and had to schedule a separate appointment for the procedure. Then they told me I needed an 8-week checkup to see if my gums had healed and that after that I could have a normal cleaning. I went to that appointment, but when I checked out, I was suddenly told I had a 20% copay--something I had never been charged before. When I questioned it, I was casually told, "Oh, this was a peri-cleaning, not a routine cleaning." I paid it, even though I was frustrated. That was in October. Today I received a text mentioning a statement and a payment due. When I called, I was told my insurance had decided not to pay for that service at all, and that the office was "surprised." At this point, I cancelled all future appointments. Based on my experience, I would never return and will be sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions. I will be sure to let everyone I know about how this "dental" money hungry place and to stay away.
