If you're only getting your teeth cleaned, this dental center is fine. You'll get in-and-out in an…read morehour with cleaned teeth. Hygienists are very nice. If you are dealing with the scheduling staff, you might have a different experience. It feels like high-pressure sales when they persistently try to schedule check-ups even if you don't want them every six months (e.g. my husband.) Billing can be a challenge if your address is changing. I have always paid my dental bills on time for the past few years, but when I notified them my address was changing, they told me I was required to pay my entire dental bill upfront. I have had two dental fillings replaced, which have both been negative experiences for me. One composite filling was replaced with an alloy filling that the dentist pressured me into, and I have had sensitivity issues ever since and weaker teeth. The other composite filling was replaced and less than 48 hours later, my tooth fractured. I was NOT informed about the risks or how large the filling was. I felt like the filling itself was rushed and that a poor job had been done. I did not feel comfortable telling the dentist I thought it was his fault because what do I know about dentistry? He did not take any responsibility for the tooth damage - blamed it on my tooth. They gave me an immediate X-ray and told me I needed a crown. I decided to get the crown elsewhere, and they would not release the X-ray to the other dentist until our "outstanding balance" - that we always pay with the dental insurance reimbursement check - was "paid in full now." I'm not sure what to think, except that this place does shoddy dental work and does not treat good-paying customers with respect.

This Dr. R. Jason Shneff at Broad Smile is a horrible Dentist. He pulled several of my teeth when…read morethey could have been saved. No updated technology either. He always just wants to "Pull" every tooth that's bad or could otherwise be fixed with root canal or filling. He uses those old gray fillings and put one gray filling that you can see when I smile..that one cracked too and damaged the one next to it. When he filled it he did a sloppy job and went over the gap between the other tooth!and on to the next tooth! So you can't floss. It looks like a little kid did it on X-rays from my new dentist. I have had my new Dentist Dr. Chambo Sim fix all of his f- ups. Almost $20,000 in dental work to fix this Dr.'s shotty work. I have X rays to prove it. Every filling he has done has cracked. The office doesn't even know why you are coming back for another appt. When you ask them. I'm telling you this Dr. Will mess up your mouth! I have regretted going there big time!

There are times that I have come in that they've gotten me in right away. The last time, though I…read morewent in for a postop check up and had to wait for the surgeon. The surgeon is only there one day a week so I get it. That being said my appointment was at 10 and they told me to come at 9:30. I did that and I wasn't seen until almost 1130. That being said I had a quick x-ray done of my mouth and they were just basically checking to see if my mouth was OK to start doing the implants and make an appointment for that. I am not kidding you I think the surgeon was in the office in my room for about 2 to 3 minutes. He just looked in my mouth and had looked at the x-rays before he had walked in and said oh I understand you're in a hurry to get back to work, your mouth looks fine. We can go ahead with the implants. And that was it. Such a long waiting time to see somebody for like two or three minutes. That was ridiculous. So that's the bad but the good is that they're really nice. Another bad thing is they don't have nitrous oxide so nothing to get you to relax before a dental procedure. They just numb you up and go from there. Though I've recently switched dentist lately and only went to Aspen to get implants. Even my dentist doesn't use nitro sock side. My old dentist did it did make the experience much easier for me to deal with since I have TMJ And it made me relaxed enough to keep my mouth open for a longer period of time.

Need a filling and a crown (apparently) along with wisdom teeth extraction (apparently). They proceeded to tell us it will cost $7,000! That is extremely out of range for those services. I wonder how many others use their exam and recommendations as the final. I would get a 2nd opinion , maybe 3rd, which is what we will do.

Moody dental is a great clean dentist office. I've been going here since March last year. It feels…read morevery futuristic when you walk to the back. Their staff is extremely friendly and nice and accommodating. I especially like the front desk lady with the brown hair and glasses. She is phenomenal. She is on top of it! I'm only rating 4 stars because when I went in to get my filling at first, I had the Doctor Who had a busted blood vessel in his left eye. He seemed to be under stress. When he did my tooth it looked like SpongeBob. It went by quickly he seemed to be in a rush to get me out of there. Being an advocate of my health, I did request for him to shorten it some more because my tooth was clearly wider and larger than the left tooth. He did just that. And asked me to bite down, I bit but my bite felt different. He said that my bite should adjust. So I went along that weekend and I tried to eat later that day, and it was very hard for me to eat. I tried to speak and say certain words, but my mouth couldn't form it. This is just from two teeth getting done. It was uncomfortable. I called them and complained because there was too much composite on my teeth and I couldn't function properly. So I went back in the following week and Dr. Hannah took care of me. They shaved down my teeth some more so that my mouth could close properly. It worked! I have been extremely pleased since then. I am happy they were able to see me again and fix everything. All in all if the doctors are under stress, they shouldn't be at work and they should never try to rush people out of there. I appreciate the doctors that I've had there that take their time and accommodate me patiently.
