I've only had TPL do our Christmas lights for one year so far, but are on the schedule for our 2nd year this year. The lights looked fantastic last year. I will update this review with photos after this year's installation occurs. Mike did a great job during the initial consultation, listening to what I was envisioning and offering his input without trying to upsell anything. The quote process was very clearly delineated, communication was prompt and all my questions readily answered. They showed up on time, and did a great job with a clean installation and kept all wires as discrete as possible. During the takedown, we discovered that the garlands had left rust stains all over our cast stone stair railings. We did not see it until we had got home that night and they had already left. We called the next day, and they were already on it. They ordered brand new garlands to be installed this year, and had ordered cast stone cleaner, then once it arrived they promptly scheduled a convenient time to come out and clean off the stains, which they did so completely and thoroughly. This is our 3rd Christmas season with The Perfect Light. We are completely satisfied with their service and the brilliant Christmas lights we display on our home. Everyone is impressed with our lights and decorative wreaths and garlands. Their service is excellent and turn key. No worrying about putting up or storing your Christmas lights. They store them and install annually. We also installed exterior landscape lighting and house illumination this year. So nice to have the house lit up magnificently every night and on a timer. Love The Perfect Light. We had Christmas lights on our roof and added a few wreaths for the house last year. We also decided to do up lights on the front of the house. Loved it!
