I don't even know where to begin. You NEED Lucy as your wedding planner/coordinator! At first I was worried I wouldn't be able to hire Lucy for my wedding since it was in Huntington Beach and not San Diego, but I am so happy she agreed! I was MOH for a different wedding planned and coordinated by Lucy and knew I had to have her for my own. Lucy will go above and beyond for you in ways you didn't even know you needed. I had "all the bigs things" taken care of, so I thought I had plenty of time and there wasn't much left that I needed to do. Man, was I wrong. My wedding date was quickly approaching and right when I was feeling the pressure, Lucy took over and saved me. After our consultation she understood our (my husband and my) wedding vision and what was important to us. She coordinated all of the vendors and communicated with the venue to ensure we were all on the same page. She created a wedding timeline with a breakdown of each event. She even developed a "to do" checklist for me with (soft) deadlines to keep me on track (I am a horrible procrastinator). These are only the things that were pertinent to my participation. There were things behind the scenes that she took care of too. Things such as proper paperwork, vendor proof of insurance, and answering vendor/venue questions. I'm sure there were more, but this is the extent of my knowledge. Lucy really wants to make sure that you have nothing to worry about once she takes over for you. You can be rest assured that she understands your vision and you can trust her completely to make it come true. My (now) husband is the planner of our relationship and I am very Type B. I am also a nurse so I experience decision fatigue rather quickly. The day of my wedding, I didn't want to think anymore. The questions and decisions became overwhelming, I could no longer do it. At one point I turned to Lucy and asked her to "just tell me what to do", and she did just that. With grace and gentle guidance I might add. She kept us on track throughout the entire wedding and I LOVED that she was with me the entire time. I received so many compliments from my bridesmaids and groomsmen about Lucy being extremely organized and amazing at her job (We're older so we've been in and attended many weddings at this point). My matron of honor got married in San Diego and used the venue's provided day of coordinator. She told me she wished she knew about Lucy sooner and would have GLADLY paid for her services because it would have been money well spent. Don't make the same mistake and hire Lucy for your wedding! I promise you won't regret it. I can't thank you enough Lucy and your team for everything!

Lucy will make the wedding planning process so much smoother and as stress free as it could be and will help make your dream wedding came true. It was a real pleasure to work with Lucy while my husband and I both had an extremely busy career to attend to and had zero experience with event planning or the details that go into a wedding. Lucy is incredibly detail oriented, professional, talented, helpful, organized and conscientious. She walked us through all the steps and details we need to think of that are known or unknown to me and followed up at critical point of time to make sure everything is on track. Additionally, she will offer you honest and practical advice, if you were curious, as to the different ideas when you are in the design phase. I couldn't have a better wedding planner and cannot think of a single point for complaint even when I really try to. Lucy is perfect and you will have the most dreamy big day with Lucy's help.

JUST BOOK LUCY AND YOU WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL. Please read below for just a snip bit of why. The one vendor you do not want to forgo due to budget is your wedding planner. This is an investment that pays dividends, plus more, especially if you hire Lucy. You plan your wedding for months or even over a year in advance; thus, you want to ensure you can enjoy that day (trust me, it will fly by due to the busy schedule alone) thus you want to ensure you have everything in place to enjoy that moment you deserve. Lucy is such a genuinely sweet individual who just has the purest intentions for you and your spouse. No words can describe her value, her work ethic and kind spirit. There was one moment where I was very nervous due to unhealthy family dynamics, and she picked up on it instantly and provided a moment of support that allowed me to remember I am safe. This is something she did not have to do, but just speaks volumes to her character. Lucy is extremely organized and ensured that I had everything finalized well in advance before the wedding. I have never planned a wedding before so it was nice to have a resource to ensure I, indeed finished everything. She had contacted all of my vendors for me, obtained all of their documents required by the venue, established the timeline, arranged each vendor's arrival times and locations, set up reserve signs for me at the ceremony, created a timeline for the bridal party, and so much more. She was able to tame our rambunctious bridal party. It was great. She has a variety of plans to fit your need and budget, so please inquire with Lucy. I think something important to note is that through all of the emails and channels of communication, she never missed one detail, and trust me, many things change the month and weeks before the wedding. But she did not miss one single thing. My husband and I are forever grateful to Lucy and her team. We would not have had the wedding of our dreams if it was not for Lucy. I hope you choose Lucy to be a part of your wedding. It will be the one decision you will find the most value in (besides marrying your spouse!) Happy wedding planning! Lucy was an amazing wedding planner. I barely lifted a finger from start to finish. She had great suggestions when it came to decor. She acquired every vendor for me. Everything was exactly how I pictured it. I couldn't have pulled it off without her! It was extremely easy to contact her via phone or email. I was able to schedule a meeting or a chat with her at any point during the planning process. She made sure that we didn't forget anything. She made sure that anything important to us was covered with ease. My husband and I will have the best memories forever because we decided to hire Lucy. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Lucy is amazing! My husband and I had the most beautiful and perfect wedding day, and we were able to relax and really enjoy being in the moment knowing Lucy had everything under control. Lucy is the wedding coordinator we didn't know we needed. We started working with Lucy shortly after we booked our venue a few months before our wedding day. Lucy gently guided us through the planning process and kept us on track while we planned our wedding in about five months with busy work schedules. She recommended and provided introductions to our photographer, officiant, baker, hair and makeup artists and more, handled communication and coordination of all the logistics, created a timeline and made sure everything went smoothly on our wedding day. We worked with a great group of vendors and Lucy made sure all the details came together for our guests to enjoy and for us to have a day we will always cherish. And she was lovely to work with too. Hiring Lucy to coordinate our wedding is quite possibly the best choice we made throughout the entire planning process. She was incredibly communicative, supportive, patient and provided the guidance we needed while we sorted out the never ending details of our big day. Prior to the big day, she managed our full day's timeline, communication between our many vendors, kept me on track time wise, and managed to calm me down when certain aspects of planning caused me frustration. She was kind enough to make sure our ceremony rehearsal was straightforward and quick, leaving us to enjoy our rehearsal dinner and time with our friends and family the night before the wedding. On the morning of our wedding, Lucy made sure that everyone was where they needed to be, every detail was in order, nothing was misplaced or forgotten. She made sure that I drank and ate throughout the morning, decorated the entire reception area with the help of her assistant and the florist (everything was stunning and well beyond my expectations), rounded up my large family so that I got all the group family pictures I wanted, and ran back to our hotel room to grab things I had forgotten in all the chaos. If you are on the fence and think you may not need a wedding coordinator, save yourself the stress and hire Lucy. You will absolutely not regret it. The BEST wedding planner! Top tier service and nothing less. Professional, organized, accommodating, and a great communicator. Lucy was more than helpful through every step of the way. April and Ashton were amazing to work with and truly made our Spring Wedding absolutely perfect. We found them at a local bridal show, and immediately felt welcomed by their friendly personalities. By hiring them for their full wedding package we were able to receive both event planning and design assistance to tie all of the aspects of our wedding together. They helped us with so many items from venue selection, day of timeline, rehearsal, decor, vendor meetings, the list goes on. April is extremely organized, which kept us on track with monthly meetings ensuring each big ticket item was taken care of at just the right time. She was able to work with our budget and recommend vendors within our price point (which is one of the best benefits of hiring a planner!) They have GREAT referrals and we were so happy with the musician/dj, videographer, and florist they recommended. Having a team of people who know each other on the big day, just made things flow effortlessly. By going with their full package it really allowed us to focus on us the week before wedding and really reduce all of the stress associated with contacting/organizing vendors leading up to the event. April took care of everything behind the scenes before and during the wedding, which as a bride allowed me to really enjoy this once in a lifetime experience. They were all so professional and helped keep things moving and organized when we got a little behind on schedule due to my bridesmaids and figuring out my bustle. April was easy to communicate with throughout the entire process and made sure I was cool, calm and collected...and eating enough throughout the day of the wedding knowing that it was going to be a long and busy day. April and Jessica seriously had magic pixie dust sprinkled on their fingers because they did such an amazing job setting everything up. The littlest details of the set up of flowers, placement of decorations...everything was a magical dream come true! Overall talented florist- not great customer communication or service as some questions on value…read moreof some things - I asked for renderings repeatedly and never got them on the things we weren't agreeing on. Look at the pictures and tell me if those bouquets are so unique that you couldn't send any renderings of what to expect. Some renderings were given of other wedding installments and those items delivered excellently. Some gorgeous stuff! The first full design meeting was four months prior to the wedding and she told me it was too late to change design. Literally those were her words. She was rude and the design person basically kept her from meeting with customers ( me) post that meeting because of it. I should have insisted which is where I talk accountability. It put him In a difficult place when she didn't deliver The brides bouquet was 5 or 6 stems wrapped in ribbon. It was supposed to flow down and incorporate pearls -white orchids - none used - it did not flow down. The bridesmaids were supposed to be unique design to match designs of dresses that were very different in design and color. She just gave stems of flowers that were colors to match. Zero unique design. To top it off more than half were EXACTLY the same FLOWERS - she did for a wedding 6 days earlier - we invested the most in our budget for any one vendor in flowers and I am sorry we did that. There were areas of the wedding that were fantastic but completely offset by severely bad execution in other areas Attached are pictures of the bridesmaids and their flowers. Again they looked fine but it was not what I was promised and each of the individual bouquets coast was 150$ and my bride was 300$. For a few stems .. I have also added a picture of the ceremony. Two large stacks of cabbages ( don't judge- We loved the cabbages ) and the alter in the back. 6500$. Cabbages are clearly not that expensive and the alter is sparse at best and was promised to be over the top full and built out. The reception was nicely done but still had areas I had asked her to change and she just simply did not - as with the other poor review she yelled and swore at my at my designer who was trying to correct the issues during instalation , in front of all of the vendors - my planner had never seen anything like it- horrified! So Jill is talented but is going to do what she wants to do and you better not get in her way. Bad customer interaction and zero listening and adjusting where asked. I'd also question the allocation of the budget. Something's were great based on value some as I pointed out just were not- when I questioned her on budget details the first meeting that we talked details and she was defensive and rude -

I booked her early and we initially just did a couple meetings to discuss our vision and needs regarding coordination, vendor contracts and florals since we did not need a full-planning service, only partial. She was always upfront and gave me honest opinions especially when it came to where to splurge and save, and what could look good and what wouldn't. The last 2 months is where she really shined, helping us follow up with vendors on details, setting deadlines for me to book rentals, reviewing contracts and constantly doing sanity checks when I needed it. The day of, she came extremely prepared, everything flowed smoothly (except some technical issues on part of the venue) and she was great at going with the flow and just letting the vibe and natural mood of the day go, and fixing whatever problems I threw at her. We also had her as our florist and she truly out did herself- her prices were incredibly reasonable and she handled everything like a champ when her assistant got sick the day of the reception. She also took my back and forth floral design suggestions and changes very well, as I am quite particular on details in some areas and deferred to her expertise in others. She responded promptly and we set up a day to meet. We met at a local coffee shop and discussed everything I needed to know; I asked questions and she gave me answers, and in turn she took notes on every detail of my wedding (thus far). She was professional, warm and friendly and I felt comfortable discussing my special day with someone who seemed to know so much about the business of wedding coordination. I knew as soon as our initial meeting was over I knew that I wanted to work with Jen. I checked with my soon-to-be husband and family and we finalized our decision with a simple contract to use Jen for her "Day Of" coordination. We had a few meetings between then and the wedding, but most of our communication was through email and phone. She visited my venue with me shortly before the wedding to help me smooth out a couple of kinks, and gave me options and ideas for any other problem I had. Fast-forward to our wedding day. Everything went PERFECTLY. I can't even begin to say how grateful I am that we decided to work with Jen. My dad had arrived at the venue hours before I did to help set up, and later couldn't stop expressing how impressed he was with Jen's professionalism. When the rental company, caterers and guests showed up, she directed everyone exactly where they needed to go. I had also wanted to make a cute sign to help mark the path for our guests but hadn't found time; Jen arrived the morning of the wedding with the most adorable sign she made just for us! She helped us accommodate for traffic, and then once the day started, she took care of everything. My wife or I didn't have to worry about anything, she guided us on where to go when, corralled our parties for pictures, and made sure we always had a beer in hand. Jen and her partner really took away all the stress of the day, and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy it. It was exhausting but my experience with Full Moon Bridal exceeded all the other stores. Her store was well stocked and I was on a time crunch since my wedding was just three months away since we decided to do a wedding venue after all. The dresses were well organized as I wanted something simple and elegant. When I went to Full Moon Bridal it was more of a personal experience unlike other stores. You had the whole store to yourself and friends if you chose to bring them. She was so helpful with helping me try on the dresses and I got to pick quite a few to try on versus being limited like other stores. I went to about 4 or 5 stores after hers and I knew the dress I tried on at her store was the one and went back. It was also in my price range! I had it altered with her and the dress fit perfectly and the length was spot on. I highly recommend going to Full Moon Bridal. Yanna is the best and my dress was perfect!!! Robyn is incredibly knowledgeable, organized, and proactive; my now wife and I were falling behind 9 months out from our wedding when we hired her. She managed to pull all the bits and pieces together and get us on track to have a successful wedding. I'll admit, I'm not the easiest person to work with when it comes to budgets. I have high expectations, ask a million questions, and am very detail-oriented. Robyn handled it all with total grace and professionalism. She filled us in where necessary but also went above and beyond negotiating on our behalf behind the seen. From the very beginning, Julie was upfront with us that she wouldn't be available on our wedding day, but that she would handle all the planning and have her lead coordinator, Yoly, there for the day of. On our wedding day, Yoly did a phenomenal job--she executed everything seamlessly and kept the entire event running right on time. We were especially grateful to the team for pivoting so smoothly and getting everyone on the same page when we had to make last-minute changes. Julie is extremely detail-oriented. We started working with her six months before the wedding, and she was always prompt in answering my many questions and helping me think through ideas. Even though we had already negotiated and finalized all of our vendors, we weren't entirely sure how everything would come together. Julie created a very detailed timeline, caught small gaps in our event rentals, and ensured everything stayed on track. When unexpected issues came up with our original rental company just five days before the wedding, we had to switch vendors and push the ceremony back by half an hour. Julie and her team handled the change with ease, keeping everything calm and organized. Thank you so much to both Julie and Yoly for helping make our day absolutely perfect. Julie was amicable, professional, attentive, and willing to get on calls with us throughout the covid ordeal. What we loved about Julie is that although there was a long period between our original date and new wedding date, she was extremely organized with the original notes from the venue, us, and any discussions we had with the vendors. Plus, she has excellent relationships and connections with the local vendors. Julie doesn't play around either! She tells it how it is and won't sugarcoat things for you. She will let you know if something is a good idea or not but will always side with what you want as a couple. The day of our wedding, we did not notice ANYTHING GO WRONG. If anything did happen, we weren't aware or she fixed it right away. She made the whole day flow flawlessly. I would HIGHLY recommend Julie as your wedding planner. We booked her for the month but honestly, the month service became almost a two year service commitment. She is reasonably priced for her years of expertise and you can't beat her price compared to other wedding planners that may offer less services in their packages. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND for booking her for the month of coordination service. I am a very hands on person so I loved planning my wedding but Julie was the icing on the cake I needed. That last month before your wedding, YOU WILL NEED HELP and of course, the day of your wedding. Our venue provided in-house event coordinators but Julie completed the team.
