Our main was pork rinds with sweet sauce and it did not disappoint. The ribs were tender and well seasoned, fried again for service which gave them an interesting light crispiness. The sauce was delicious and we are all of it with rice. We saw some stir fried flat noodle and rice bowls going by and they looked great.
