I believe he was around 5 years old. This year his pediatrician retired so we switched offices and started seeing Dr. Fesmire. We have loved pediatrics east. They always listen to and address my concerns and voice any concerns they have. Years ago my son was seen by doctors that did not exhibit this level of care. They would simply tell me what to do without listening to the fact I had been doing those things for a very long time. My son is very small for his age. He has just recently started to sprout. The staff at pediatrics east has always listened to me. They believe that the parents really know their children and will ask questions if there are concerns. I love this. My infant daughter is now in their care. Dr. Fesmire checks my children over thoroughly and compliments me when we speak about little things like changing my baby's baby wash due to eczema. It really makes you feel better as a parent to be told you are doing things right. The love they have for the children and the respect they show the parents really makes pediatrics east a true blessing.

They need to improve on their wait times and the nurses could probably handle some work on their bedside manner. They rushed my daughter in so quickly to take her temperature and so rudely that she was terrified to get on the bed the rest of her entire appointment. After rushing, hurting her, and scaring her, we were shoved into a waiting room to wait 45 minutes. A bit of organization would help.

He saved my little brother from dying from pnuemonia that another doctor couldn't diagnose or treat correctly or whatever. The review written by the man who had his truck broken into had complaints about the office personnel not the doctors. Dr. Schultz is just as good a doctor as Dr. Pender. When I first started seeing her, I didn't understand why she asked so many questions about somethimes seemingly unrelated issues. Then I finally figured out that it helps her with the diagnosis. If I had a problem with my child or grandchild that no one could seem to figure out what was wrong, I would take her/him to Dr. Schulz. She is the MOST thorough doctor I have EVER seen anywhere. VERY INTELLIGENT!! I would trust her decision or diagnosis on anything!! Dr. Amy Hubbard is my next favorite doctor there. She also is very good and she is able to get down on the child's level and help put them at ease. VERY GOOD WITH KIDS!! I am very sorry that man has had so many problems there. I agree that there is no excuse for not having a tape in the video recorder. And I have also changed doctors because of the wait to see the doctor. From what I understand, that comes from the person doing the scheduling, and not the doctors themselves.

All other urgent care clinics and walk-in clinics turned us away because they were too busy giving covid tests to everyone and not prioritizing actual medically necessary attention for wounds/injuries. The staff here were superb, and even tho we had to wait a little while, it was totally worth it because we got the right amount of attention and care for my child's needs. Everyone there were super professional and the beside manner for both the nurse and nurse practitioner was excellent. They sent over the needed scripts immediately and we were able to pick them up before the pharmacy closed. Saved us a trip to Baptist ER in Covington, we didn't need an ER visit, but it could have ended up that way had the RedMed not been able to see him. We had previously been to the Arlington location a year ago, while the visit wasn't a bad one, the insurance and billing was somewhat of a nightmare. Hoping they have sorted that all out and won't have the same issues from this visit. We will def. be back if we need urgent care again. Thank you RedMed for making us feel valued and important!
