You can buy each anatomy individually or as a gift set - they have the following: the brain, the colon, the ear, the eye, the foot, the hand, the heart, the hips, the kidney, the knee, the liver, the lungs, the pancreas, the skull, the stomach, the uterus, and the vertebrae. If you don't see an anatomy you want, you can request them to do a new design for you - it takes 4-6 weeks to create the new design and the mold, and they do remain the property of the company, but your requested design can be also offered to the public for future purchases. Individual pieces come wrapped in a small plastic bag and secured with a label on the back; the chocolates are about one oz of solid chocolate (milk). They offer a variety of shipping, but during the summer, they only offer 'warm weather shipping,' which the chocolates are placed in a Styrofoam box/insulated wrap with gel ice packs, shipped overnight.
