The room had just about everything I was looking for a comfortable bed, flatscreen, and a nice bathroom that had perhaps the biggest tub I had ever been in! The place itself is a labyrinth in some ways. But, that was enjoyable too. It is decorated with Alphonse Mucha prints and all kinds of other art that gives it a very European vibe. The cafe that is conjoined with the hotel is very nice as well. We really enjoyed their seasonal lattes and the staff was very friendly there. The only thing that I feel I missed there was visiting the ballroom. I was kind of excited to see what it looked like when we pulled up. You can look in the window and see a timely bar and surroundings. But, it was closed during our two day stay. Perhaps next time. Pirate, the hotel cat is pretty sweet too!

But was too scared to investigate the scream.this is a fact and I never believe people when they tell stories like this about paranormal activity, but me and my friend r living proof and would have never stayed there if we knew this before booking. Trust me when and if u go n the highland inn, u will have a "different feel" as soon as u come n

Tired from an uncomfortable red eye and not having any clue about where to stay, I started my search for a new hotel while I waited outside of the one that had just canceled me. I decided to take a chance on a small boutique hotel that was still within my price range. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked through the doors. I was immediately greeted by the smooth sounds of 90s R&B and a desk clerk named Marquita. I must say that Marquita's kindness and southern hospitality immediately put me at ease as I explained the morning from hell I was having on my first day in Atlanta. She even offered me an earlier check in so that I could get some rest. She truly was a life saver in that moment. My room was very cozy. Pretty much what I'd expected. The neighborhood was quaint and didn't feel unsafe. It's maybe a 15 min walk to the Ponce City Market where they have lots of shops, bars, and restaurants. I also have to say that the hotel has a pretty lively bar as well. All in all, the experience was great, the staff was amazing, and the location was central to where I wanted to be. So glad that I accidentally stumbled upon this place. I'll definitely be back on my next visit to Atlanta!

This is a great option if you want to stay in ATL for a reasonable price. I stayed in a studio…read moreunit and it was clean with sharp lines, and plenty of space. There is a fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, all tucked away behind cabinets. They also offer basic cooking tools, glasses, mugs, etc. A microwave. I liked that the table is an industrial style that allows you to crank it up or down to make it as tall or short as you want. Truly adaptable living space. The bed is comfortable. In the studio unit, it's tucked into a small space, but it doesn't seem cramped. Plenty of closet space here and in the hall. I loved that it had doors that closed it off from the main living spaces, essentially leading it to be black out dark so you could sleep late. The price was great. At first, when I was scheduling about six months ahead, it came up to about 150 a night. I had to add a night and change my reservation later, and it upped it to about 200 per night. You can do long term, short term, or hotel type living here. They offer larger units with one or two bedrooms as well. Not to mention, it's in the heart of Ponce City Market, so you can access all sorts of shopping and dining without getting into your car. Oh, and parking is like 25-45+ dollars per day depending on if you valet or self park. So that's a little pricey. So why four stars instead of five? First off, while there is a front desk upon arrival, there really is no one to help you with your reservation ahead of time. I tried to email the company about changing my reservation in hopes of not losing my rate and no one ever contacted me back. The website is also difficult to navigate and it's a pain to find your reservation. Additionally, though the property is managed by Hilton, you can't use or accrue Hilton rewards by staying here. Also, it was terribly, miserably cold. The thermostat gives you the illusion that you can increase the temperature, and it lets you think it will go as high as 90 degrees, but it never goes above 70. And for some reason, early in the morning, the fan blows forever and it drops into the 60s. I would not stay here again unless I brought an electric blanket. I don't think the tenant has any control over the temp. And finally, the abysmal television/streaming system. Nightmare. Always had difficulty connecting to the internet. Clunky. Weird AI software that reads the screen to you (I get that it can be a great feature for disabled folk). Didn't ever want to sign me into my Amazon account or stream movies I wanted to watch. Basically unusable. Oh! And one other thing I just realized while watching amazon on my laptop, since the TV doesn't work: You can totally see into the bathroom. The bedroom has a curtain, but from the kitchen and the hall, you can see alllllll your business from every angle! I wouldn't stay here again because of the last few things I mentioned, but that's just my experience. I want to be warm and I want to watch TV if I am having down time in the evenings. But overall a good stay.

From the hot breakfast options to the pastries and fresh fruit, every plate delivered. It easily became one of the highlights of the trip. Room service somehow managed to top it. The cheese board was beautifully arranged with a great variety of flavors and textures that paired perfectly together. The chicken noodles were rich. Comforting. Packed with tender chicken and perfectly cooked noodles in a savory broth that tasted homemade instead of hotel-made. Every bite reminded me why sometimes staying in is the best dinner reservation. The room was spotless from the moment we checked in. Crisp linens. Comfortable bed. Plenty of space to unwind after a long day exploring Atlanta. Everything felt modern, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was just as impressive. The shower had great water pressure, plenty of room, and left you feeling refreshed instead of rushing to get out. Every detail reflected the level of care the hotel puts into the guest experience. The service was exceptional from beginning to end. The valet team greeted everyone with a smile. The front desk made check-in effortless. The restaurant servers and room service staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Every interaction felt personal, making us feel like valued guests instead of just another reservation. Hands down one of the best hotels I've stayed at while visiting Atlanta. Between the incredible food, spotless accommodations, and outstanding hospitality, this is a place I'll happily book again and recommend to anyone looking for a first-class stay.
