She consistently checked in with me to ensure the rocks weren't too hot and that she wasn't massaging too hard, and she was very thoughtful about areas that don't get a lot of attention -- for instance, the outer edges of my knees, the insides of my ankles, and the area on my face where my cheek meets my ear. If there is no time due to my tense muscles, then inform me of that. I've been to many massage places and usually they will ask which areas of the body I would like them to focus more on, prior to starting.

I had a shoulder pain going in and it completely disappeared after the massage. Again, it's not a very fancy place but a decent place for a good massage.
