Yes I traveled 78 miles to see Dr.Greenberg, it was worth it…read more He is a friend of my son and he came highly recommended. My 4 month old puppy needed his 5 in one shot plus I wanted a full check up as I only have him a week. We were seen promptly and Dr Greenberg spent a lot of time checking out my puppy. No up selling like most Vets do. We left very happy and the visit was time well spent. Thanks Dr Greenberg for taking care of my puppy. It was well worth traveling to meet you.

I asked about my dogs heart many times I was told it was fine at Wantagh, also asked about her teeth they said they were fine . My pet hurt her leg 4 days to get an appt . Go somewhere else I disagree what was written, by the manager I absolutely was not same day accommodated . Having had a cavalier in the past I am quite aware of their heart and teeth history. I specifically asked the doctor if they were OK. ?? He listened to her heart and said she had no heart murmur. How does she have a heart murmur now ?? How are her teeth suddenly in need of a cleaning when I specifically asked the Doctor about her teeth and he said they were fine - give her a frozen bagel to chew on he told me . So please stop trying to validate your practice . There are plenty of vets in our area to go

Hounds Town - Chillin on the porch after daycare

Hounds Town

HoundsTown Farmingdale has been nothing short of amazing for our family. When we got our dog Tika…read morein March 2019, we had terrible issues with separation anxiety (husky/shepherd mix). We tried trainers, and all of their tips and tricks. Nothing worked. We hired a dog walker to stop by during the day to help us get our dog's energy out, but we couldn't keep her in a cage all day (she would destroy our house if left to freely roam the house). We felt awful. Then we found HoundsTown. This place is magical. Tika looks forward to going every time she hops in the car. She comes home completely happy and exhausted (that HoundsTown Hangover is real!). Our dog gets an exit bath each time she goes to HoundsTown, and she always comes home smelling good and looking clean. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and you can just see how much they love dogs. It means a lot when the staff knows the owners and names of their respective dogs upon pick up and drop off. There is such a sense of community at this place. We have also used their boarding service. We saw pictures of our pup throughout her stay, and we even called to check in on her. They were always informative and told us how she was doing. I was always weary about boarding services for my previous dogs, but HoundsTown changed my feeling about it. I would only trust them. I highly recommend HoundsTown to anyone and everyone that needs a doggy day care or boarding service. Jen, Maria, and their staff are the best. We are so grateful.

Great spot that treats your dog like there own. We have used them a few times for doggy day care…read moreand recently used them to board our 8 month old golden doddle for a few nights. The location is awesome and our dog loves going there. They split the dogs up by size and how active they are so your dog plays with dogs his/her speed. For overnight boarding each pup gets there own room and you can bring their bed and toys. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. Can tell they really like working with the dogs. I highly recommend this spot for doggy day care and overnight boarding.
