Eberardo blew me away with the gorgeous plan he created and provided a reasonable estimate. Although the estimate was reasonable, it was a bit more than I budgeted. He was able to quickly offer beautiful alternatives to stay within my budget. Eberardo remained flexible, willing to answer all of my unending questions and adjust the plan if needed. The entire team was professional and friendly answering my questions or requests with a smile followed by 'yes ma'am' - even at the very end of days worked in 100 degree temps. Eberardo's vision and the talent of the entire team blew me away throughout the entire project. My front yard was totally transformed, neighbors drove by slowly to check out their work. At least one person stopped to ask to hire them to transform his yard in the same way. It's simply beautiful - the transformation is striking. A week has past and no response. I had another very bad experience last year with another concrete person and Ramos seemed to follow the same path, so I am backing off. The $3K did not include materials. It is not a big job, and I have done this myself in past homes. As you can see in his response below that he never intended to follow-up yet lead me to believe he would send an estimate and to send him pictures. Why say that with no intention to follow-up. amazing how a negative review gets immediate attention.
