However, the proprietor was kind enough to lower boxes of tea to give me a delicious whiff of popular ones. She even opened a new bag of loose leaf tea! I ended up getting bags of Darjeeling and Cinnamon tea! As for the yarn, I knew that my friend knitted scarves, so the proprietor pointed out suitable ones. So many colors! When I told her it was a gift, she went to work wrapping each item in tissue paper and placed them in a brown paper gift bag. Flourished with colorful ribbons! I thought the price was wonderful! $17 dollars for delicious tea, gorgeous yarn, and beautiful wrapping? A STEAL! Will definitely shop here again!

The variety of food choices she supplied us to pick from weekly as well as making many dishes we asked for was wonderful, there was nothing she was not able to make for us. The food was delivered to our home in individual containers for all the different food selections which we would then warm up in the mirco-wave accordingly. The food was fresh and cooked perfectly. She provided the receipts for all the purchases each week and the pricing for her services were more than fair. I would not hesitate again to call on Chef Pamela anytime for my catering needs or if we just need help with meals again. She was a life savor!! Keep up with the great home cooking for us all!

The…read moreemployees spent the first 15 minutes, wondering what they were going to do because they ran out of eggs and other ingredients. They didnt even have any food coloring for the macarons, so they were an ugly brown color instead of colored like in the picture. Everything was so unorganized. They said we couldn't use the automatic mixers so the class had to spend 30 to 40 minutes hand whisking the batter for the macaron shells. After putting the batter on to the baking sheet, the employee leading the class left to get lunch!! When she came back she put the baking sheets in the oven and overcooked the shells. They came out hard as a rock and ruined. We were encouraged to hurry up and put the buttercream in between the shells because the class end time was quickly approaching, but the shells weren't cooled yet. To end the class, I walked away with a plate of ugly, inedible, overcooked macarons with melted frosting. I would never attend another class at the Farmhouse Academy, and definitely would not recommend a class to anybody!
