This is probably one of the most convenient locations for parking that is not on site airport parking. You also rack up points for free stays if you have an account. I really like that they have done some updates to the facility to make it mobile friendly for check in and check out. I don't interact much with the staff now but the drivers are always friendly and the people checking out were always friendly as well. Prior to covered you received a bottle of water I truly don't know if they do that anymore cuz I always do express check out because it's so convenient. Two requests would be 1) for the mobile app to ask for a ride and acknowledge when the ride request was done. I've always wondered how they know who calls and if their is already a shuttle on the way or if I should call. I'm sure it's not an easy thing to change on the app but it would be pretty sweet. And 2) probably more security cameras on the parking garages so if someone hits your car you can look at videos. Just saying... Anyway this is my go to spot! read more

Beware when you prepay for parking. I prepaid and then had travel plans change due to the weather. The online system would not allow me to alter my arrival date online prior to check-in. When I called the local number on my reservation, I was told that I would be fine. Not so. I was charged the "drive-up" rate which was more than twice what I had prepaid. There is no other contact number listed on their website. Find another place to park that have systems that work and employees who know what they are doing. Rudest person checking me in. I waited 25 minutes to be checked in at valet. I was worried I'd miss my bag check time. Two shuttles went by while I waited for him to finally check me in. I said sir I need to catch this shuttle. He told me to relax- I said I have to check my bags. He said "you're fine" I said I have five minutes now. It was our first time booking with The Parking Spot. The app was easy to book and use. We booked in Spot #3, in uncovered parking. Upon arrival it was confusing as to where we should enter. We entered and found an uncovered spot. About 5 mins later, a shuttle picked us up and dropped us off at Lambert. Upon return - the shuttle was packed. Driver moved the vehicle forward before I could sit down and I almost fell over. I assume she was not paying attention... At checkout, the machine registered that we parked in "covered parking" (which was not true) and charged us double the quoted price. Luckily there was an attendant nearby and we had our reservation for proof. The attendant was able to adjust the cost. As mentioned, had the entrance been clearly labeled we probably would have not had the covered/uncovered parking issue. Parking lot felt safe. read more

I really would like to give it a -stars. My car was parked in the location at the airport for 5 days. When we got to our car it had a big Crack in the windshield. Our car was parked right beside the checkout build. When we pulled up, I immediate told the young lady and she looked at me and yelled for her manager. She came a d when I told her and pointed to it have been ten dsys passed and we are still waiting. Signed Never again. the big Crack, she looked at me paused for a few seconds and said. Normal rates are in the $22-25 per day for covered valet, recently parked here and was charged over $60 per day. Tried reaching out to customer service, received a canned response about rates being reasonable for service provided and the are posted at the entrance for drive up parking. Love the Parking Spot (1) option for the airport. Super Park is unreliable and no app although the closest logistically, using Parking Spot gets you to the airport easily. They run shuttles constantly so I very rarely have any wait time. The parking spots are larger so I don't have as much trepidation about my car getting dinged while I'm away. I love the app! OMG, they need better signs INSIDE the facility. The signs that they have, are hanging from the ceiling are very hard to see. Furthermore, due to construction, the signs are misleading (to get to the exit). On the rooftop, there's NO signs leading you to the exit. Let's talk about doors. Travelers typically have their hands full with luggage. You think they could put automatic door openers at their elevator lobbies? And while it's helpful that I wrote down my parking space number, it would have been helpful if I knew what elevator I used to get to/from my car. There's FOUR different elevators that take you to the rooftop parking, and they do not have names or numbers. I think these are "low hanging fruits" that would make the place much more customer friendly. The manager needs to walk/drive the facility everyday to see what needs attention. read more

Upon returning from out of town and finding a shuttle back to my vehicle, an alternate lot (1) driver said they could take us to lot 3 because he was slow. After getting on his shuttle, our shuttle showed up and we transferred shuttles. In the process I dropped my wallet in shuttle 1. After some time the driver return with my wallet in hand. I was so appreciative and recovering from a stress induced heart attack because of my mistake. I didn't get the drivers name, I wish I would've so I can give him the proper thank you. If you are looking for convenient or cheaper parking this is not it. The shuttle is quite a hike from most parking spaces from parking, if you ask the driver to help you find your car they drop you at the middle of the lo anyway, not to mention they cost loads more than onsite airport parking. Just wanted to give a shout-out to Sharon at the Parking spot 1 in St. Louis! I arrived this morning with a reservation but unfortunately there were no spots left. I was really stressed about potentially missing my early morning flight after driving around the garage for about 20 minutes. I talked to Sharon and she not only helped me to park, but about 4 other people in the same situation! We all rode the bus together and were in awe of how efficiently and cheerful she worked this morning. I'm really grateful to her. 2nd time using the parking spot. No problem getting the shuttle to and from the airport.

Usually reserve at Parking Spot 3, but app was not accepting reservations there, so reserved a rooftop spot at Parking Spot 1 instead. Drove around the rooftop about 6 times (with 3 other cars following) looking for a spot. Couldn't find anyone to tell. Drove around level underneath and couldn't find a spot either. Construction was everywhere, so garage was confusing to navigate. I was already running late for my flight, so I had to move some construction cones to open a spot for me (as previous reviewers mentioned that they had to do also) in covered parking. Then, I wasn't clear where parking shuttle would pick me up at either. No clear signs, but finally saw an employee by elevator who pointed me in the right direction and said it was ok that I did not park on rooftop. Anyway.., fast forward two days...I'm leaving the garage and of course, get the 'you did not park in right area' error with extra charge. Uggh! So I have to leave my car at the gate and explain situation to a manager. Situation was remedied, but experience was an inconvenience. I was told that 'next time' (ha!) when I can't find my 'reserved' rooftop spot, I should drive back down to the exit to tell them, and they would have a valet park my car. Whatever. I'll be at parking spot 3 next time. 'Reserving a spot' means nothing. read more

If I could give zero I would. Parking spot 1 open, big sign.... bit what they didn't say was that they cannot support it. I would have been happy going to spot 3, but with weather figure parking garage better. When I left Elevator down, I figured okay should be fixed in 5 days. Come back and waited for shuttle, so I called and told they would be in the way... 10 minutes later I was like ok, I know corona going on, not in a hurry... but parking spot 3 bus came and went for 2nd time... another 5 minutes I call, "oh they should be right there!"... another 5 + minutes... 3rd parking spot 3 bus shows up, so I ask about spot 1 bus, this driver tells me they are only running 1 bus and wait times over 1/2 hour!!!! I have to give these persons a compliment. Boarding an early flight Monday morning I left my car keys in the shuttle while digging for some tip money in my pocket. I realized at the gate what I'd done and called to let them know and by the time I landed they confirmed they were in possession of my keys , the driver had delivered them to the office to hold for me. And this is the second time the staff has accommodated me needing some "extra" assistance (no I'm not high maintenance.....I think!) I travel quite a bit for work and I love parking at this place. The drivers are super friendly and if I am running late and need to go to the East Terminal before they head to the Main Terminal, I just ask and usually it is not a problem. The Spot Club card is super convenient and I have also taken advantage of the car wash service. It is really nice to pick up a clean car! I almost always valet and this is also easy and convenient. Yes, the Parking Spot is a little more expensive than other parking options ($12/day on the roof, $16/day for lower levels) but they offer a better experience than other parking options. I hate traveling, so I am willing to pay extra for anything that makes the experience smoother. Their shuttles run constantly, and their shuttle drivers are always polite. And I love the fact that it's a garage and you wait for the shuttle inside. I hate when you park in a surface lot, and you have to hake half a mile through the lot (and of course, it always ends up raining) to get to the little "bus shelter" - which is a leaky plexi canopy and a wet bench. The Parking spot doesn't have couches or anything, but at least you're inside where it's neither rainy nor windy. Their loyalty card is easy to use, and if you don't have it with you when you check out, you can just enter the code on your ticket on the web site. You earn one free day of parking for every 7 days. The other cool thing they do: They give you a cold bottle of water when you check out. I know it barely costs them a thing. But you know how I said I hate to travel? Now that they don't let you bring water on flights, and drink service just gives you those dinky little glasses, that cold bottle of water goes down *nice* on the way home. Seriously thoughtful. But you know, all those grown up reasons are fine and good, but the real reason I love the parking spot: The Polka Dots. I know it's ridiculous, but it just puts a stupid grin on my face to climb in a van covered in black and yellow polka dots. As far as marketing gimmicks go, this one is genius. They stand out as the only airport parking with any joi de vivre. And that makes me happy. read more
