This is a good option for parking when traveling out of STL. We reserved a spot online, which was easy to do. When we arrived, we just had to scan the QR code and enter, then we could find a spot to park. Once we parked, a shuttle driver came around and picked us up, which was so nice! He gave us a card with our spot number/location and told us to hold onto it for our return. The shuttle driver helped to load our bags and once we are loaded up, he made a few stops to pick up other passengers then dropped us off at the terminal. Super easy! Upon our return, we walked to the shuttle pick up area and the shuttle was already there waiting for some passengers so it worked out just perfectly! A bunch of us got on the shuttle and the driver asked for our location, so I gave him the card and when we got to the lot, he brought us right over to our car and helped unload our bags. Using the Parking Spot was super easy and so efficient. I think this is my new go to lot when traveling. Getting in and out was super easy with the help of the app/QR code. read more

Not good at all Always full tight and big cats parked over the line .need somebody to be watching how cars are parked read more

we misplaced our parking stub and The driver talked to was a total A hole , you guys are there to help a customer that simply ask about which lot we were in he wouldn't even look at a picture driving bus 349 for lot 1, Feb 2 at 7:18pm, he couldn't be bothered with any questions , I hate to see people lose a job but my vote for this jerk is fire him he's not helping anyone , he's just loud and obnoxious, your job is to help, like it or not your in a service job!!! Do your damn job! read more

Perfect. Our driver was awesome. Car was safe. HIGHLY recommend. 5/23 about 23:00. We will always use the Parking Spot 2.

This facility is not designed for people flying out terminal 1. I waited for for 30 min to be picked up

Park here everytime. Super close. Always a shuttle available. Usually at my car before I've even fully unloaded luggage

UPDATE 12/27: Contacted customer service that first evening, waited a few days, heard nothing back. Posted a review here, got immediate feedback from the business asking to talk privately so I messaged them, and again have heard nothing back. It's been two weeks. So don't expect any kind of actual resolution if you have issues with their service. EXPENSIVE and TERRIBLE service. We parked here and were not told that the pickup location would be different than the other shuttles. After wandering around and asking, they told us to go to the departures area for pickup. We waited well over 30 minutes (watching many parking spot 1 & 2 buses drive by) before ours finally showed up. The driver said we should have received a revised card with the new pickup spot (we received their outdated card from our drop-off driver) and when we asked why the wait was so long he said because the other drivers were just sitting and talking with each other in the parking lot. When we left and told the cashier of our poor service she gave us a slight apology and then said: well, at least you know where the pickup spot is next time. Like I would ever use them again. read more

Get an early morning fight into St Louis but these clowns leave everyone at the airport and fail to do anything. Why the hell do I have to sit for 45 minutes while you guys don't make a run through terminal 1? Will never use again. read more

I had to go out of town for a personal vaca. A friend suggested I utilize this parking place. I am so glad I did. My experience was hassle free. The price was reasonable. read more

If I could give the this group a ZERO I would. My last three experiences with this location have been ridiculous. Each of the last 3 times parking at "The Parking Spot" I have watched the bus driver pass me on the next isle over and continue to drive away. My last trip 2 of the buses pull this stunt. I then have to walk to the front and request that they call a bus to get me to the terminal. One of those times they had be walk across the Drury Inn parking lot to meet up with a bus. The final issue happened on the evening of 6/28. I arrived at Terminal 2 walked outside and waited 45 minutes for a number 2 bus to stop. I was there with roughly 20 other customers waiting for the same bus. In the time we waited we say 9 of the East buses, 7 of the number 3 buses and 5 of the number 1 buses. The app showed that all the buses were at terminal 1. I will never, ever use this group again. THEY ARE THE WORST. read more

This parking facility is convenient - close to the airport, hotel, restaurants, gas stations and the highway exit. You can reserve a spot online or just arrive. There is covered ($17.50/day) and non-covered ($13.50/day) parking available as well as a loyalty program (free card). I've never had to wait for a shuttle when I park; there is always at least one waiting to take you to your terminal. When you're coming home, again, you don't have to wait too long and they have an app so you can teach where the shuttles are! They also park in the exact same spot at each terminal so it's easy to 'spot' them - at the far west end of the each terminal. You are promptly dropped at your car and the attendants at the pay booth are always courteous and in a good mood - even at 1am :-). You're also welcome to some cold bottled water on your way out. Never had a bad experience here! read more

I use terminal 1 almost every week. This is far and away the worst. They leave you standing at pick up for 30 minutes regularly. Back to someone else after this trip. read more

This is my go-to spot when I need to park at Lambert. It's located very close to the airport, the drivers are friendly, they offer covered and non-covered parking, and there is a loyalty program that provides free parking on future visits. A couple of tips... save the card they give to you with your parking spot. When arriving, it's easier to just give the card to the driver that picks you up than remembering where you parked. Also, that card says where you need to wait for the shuttle. There are 3 Parking Spot locations that pick up in different areas. Make sure you get on the right one to get you to the right lot. Free papers and water is a plus. read more

Parking is never anything exciting but this place is not bad. They always give a bottle of water when you leave and you can usually find a 20 to 30% off in the mail to use to reduce the bill. Can't miss the vans at the airport. Nothing exciting but yeah, good parking. read more

Great service if you want to waste your time. Wait 30 minutes just find out that the parking spot 2 shuttle stops at a completely different location then the other off-airport shuttles (away from the other parking spot shuttles too). Nobody bothers to let you know that. Workers are clueless as to what they are doing when picking you up. If you are considering using the parking spot 2 for airport parking I'd consider walking you'll end up to your car much faster. read more

My driver Gregory was top notch. Very friendly and helped me with my bags with a smile on his face. I recommend this place... especially if Gregory is the one taking care of you. read more

As a frequent traveler, I've been subjected to most all of the St. Louis airport parking facilities. Parking Spot 2 is by far the best, and easily my favorite location. (This endorsement is ONLY for Parking Spot "2"...not 1 or 3) Parking Spot 2 is my fave for basically two significant reasons: 1. The pickup point is MT18 at the main terminal. That's at the far west side of the terminal, where hotel shuttles pick you up. This is MUCH better then having to walk out to the center sidewalk to meet the shuttle on your return trip...especially during bad weather. 2. The shuttle will take you directly to your car on your return, as long as you've either a) remember the spot you're in, or b) still have the card they give you when they pick you up on the day you left. Parking lots in general are an expensive pain of travel. But PS2 is by far the least painful option I've used. John. read more

Cannot say enough good stuff about these people! Normally, I get a friend to drive me to/from the airport but this time friends weren't available, so I chose The Parking Spot 2 (based on reviews here). It was confusing at first (I ended up going to Parking Spot 1 by mistake) but finally found my way. Wasn't sure where to park, but a Parking Spot Bus followed me as I drove down an aisle and parked. Synovia welcomed me, helped me with my luggage, gave me a small card with the spot where I was parked written on it and instructions on what to do when I got back into town. She then drove me to the airport (quickly). She was so friendly and helpful. When I got back, I figured I'd have to call the # on the card (which instructed me on which door to exit) and VOILA! The bus was there waiting for me. I'm so sorry I can't recall the woman's name who was driving but she was so friendly and helpful. She got me back to my car quickly, helped me with my bags, and waited while I got into the car to make sure it started. It didn't. The battery was dead. :( She called someone who came immediately and jumped my car. Then I couldn't find the slip I pulled out when I got to the cashier's office. I think her name was Taneisha...and she couldn't have been more helpful. (PLUS I had remembered to download the coupon from the company's website.) I am so impressed with the service from ALL of these employees = at every step. The management here should be proud. My friends will be happy to hear they won't have to drive me to the airport again. I will just park here. read more

We arrived on a flight from Vancouver at 10:00 on 10/11. My wife could not find her reminder card which indicted which lot we had parked in, but we knew our space number in the lot on I-170. We followed the signs that directed us to Door #11 for parking lot shuttles and waited. After seeing several #1 and #3 busses come through, we asked one of the bus drivers if there was a bus running for the lot on I-170. We were told that we needed to catch the #2 bus, which picked people up only at the other end of the terminal at Door #11. We dragged our luggage back down to Door 11. There we found our driver, "Dennis Y." having a conversation and too busy to help us with our luggage. I heard someone ask him if he could drop them at a hotel to which he replied, "We don't drop people off at hotels." So, we got on the bus and were shortly joined by an attractive young woman who requested to be dropped at the hotel so she could catch a ride with Uber. Dennis was happy to help her with that and dropped her off at the hotel. I guess it depends on what you look like with this guy. Then, after dropping the young woman off at the hotel, Dennis drove to the dark #2 parking lot and stopped. When we indicated that this was not where we parked, Dennis questioned us whether we knew where we parked, if we had seen the green logo on the card (which had been misplaced), if we knew how to look for the green sign on the bus and why we were on his bus. Additionally, he informed us that if we had actually gone to Door # 11, we'd have seen the correct bus (We didn't see it while we previously waited, just 1 and 3) This went on for a few minutes. Only after describing the businesses around the parking lot did Dennis seem to believe that we knew where we parked. I asked if his point was for us to admit to him that we got on the wrong bus and admitted twice that we had. Dennis then complained that now he had to take us back to the airport. This struck me as an odd thing to complain about, since it seems to be Dennis' JOB to drive back to the airport after dropping people off. I will find alternative parking arrangements in the future and hope that Dennis Y. finds a job that doesn't require interaction with living creatures. read more

Horrible experience, rude driver on Monday August 21st & impossible to navigate pickups & drop offs. I had to do some local travel and my company requires us to pick up a rental car for insurance or something. I park next door to the rental place at Parking Spot 2, hoping that I won't have to jump through hoops to be on my way. No such luck, shuttles to terminals, drop offs and wrong pick up areas, shuttles to correct areas and so on. I've been considering a switch to parking spot and now I'll never do it. This super dumb process wasted my time and is highly frustrating. Back to Super Park. read more

Our favorite and go to parking in the Lambert Airport area. The shuttles will come to pick you up and drop you off at your parking spot. They offer both covered and uncovered parking. Make sure to receive rewards with a parking spot card if you are a frequent flyer. read more

When I need to leave the car at the airport, I always park it here. Maybe I'm just a creature of habit, but I've always found TPS2 to be easy and reliable. I once tried another parking garage but forgot which one it was and took a shuttle to the wrong place. Of course that was my own fault, but I can't really compare TPD2 to the others. I usually don't have to wait long for a shuttle, and I get a free bottle of water after exiting the parking lot. The price might be a little higher than the others, but it's a little closer than most. 4 stars. read more

This is a great spot to park at the STL airport. The shuttles are quick and dependable and you have an option to park in covered or uncovered. Plus, coupons always seem to be available in the airline magazines. Thumbs up! read more

Every time I break down and us the parking spot I have a major problem. This time I used the parking spot 2 for the first time. Upon my return I waited at the regular off airport parking shuttle stop. I waited 45 minutes and watched two of the shuttles go by, at one point I even called and asked to have a shuttle sent. At no point ever did they tell me that this particular parking spot picked up at the hotel motel pick up at the terminal. Once I walked to the other end of the terminal because I saw the shuttle pull over there I got on. I asked the driver, whose name apparently is Walt why on Earth they don't pick up at the off-airport shuttle stop. He immediately told me that it was my fault that I didn't know, even though it wasn't written anywhere and no one ever told me. Furthermore, before this tripI pulled into the parking spot number 2 that said they have plenty of spots. Once in there they told me that there were no spots and they had to have me leave my keys to my Maserati so that they could move the car if they had to. I was late for my flight so reluctantly I allowed that to happen. When I got in my car to leave I could tell that one or others had been in it and had driven it. I believe that this was totally misleading on their part and driven by greed and is unreasonable. I feel strongly enough about this that it compels me to join Yelp just to report it. I will never use a parking spot property again, and I travel every single week. read more

PS 2 is convenient to both terminals, they have VERY nice people working on the buses and in the pay booths - really great example of how customer service people should act. Overall great service. I MAY try the East garage since it supposedly stops at Terminal 2 first...as a SWA regular, my only complaint (minor) with PS 2 is the delay incurred by having to go to the main terminal first if there are people on the bus going there. read more

Always friendly end efficient. Will choose to park here anytime.

After parking here for several years, I have switched to Parking Spot 3. The Parking Spot 2 shuttle consistently became slower and slower. I like the location and the employees, but they need more shuttle service. They have great covered parking, though. Hey PS- how about going to Terminal 2 first! read more

The Parking Spot 2 is my favorite off site parking place. I love I am picked up and delivered directly to my car.
