We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights on a recent trip and truly enjoyed our stay!!…read more When we first checked in, we were greeted warmly by staff and the process was quick! We got up to our room and the room felt fairly large! There was a walk in closet, 2 very comfortable queen beds and a couch seating area that does pull out. There was a mini fridge as well! We opted to have our room cleaned only once while we were there and they did a lovely job! We also did their free breakfast! It was typically yogurt, turkey or pork sausage patties, eggs, waffle, cereal, fruit, oatmeal and muffins/breads. There is bound to be something you like. There is a Panda Express across the parking lot, a slim chicken within walking distance and some other fast food fairly close. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone!

They have a small indoor pool with 19 person occupancy. There is a small business center but inside your room there is a desk area where you can do work. They provide a morning breakfast which includes waffle station oatmeal station, hot and cold cereal, eggs sausage, yogurt, coffee, bagels, toast, cream cheese with all the fixings. Very nice location. Very clean rooms and very nice staff upon checking in. The rooms do not contain valuables safes.

Do NOT book this hotel through Expedia. We accidentally booked the wrong date and were denied…read moreopportunity to change the date, even though there was plenty of time and an availability of same type of room. Expedia attempted to contact this hotel multiple times without success. I contacted the hotel and the person at the front desk was unable to make a change. I was given the email for the manager and provided this to Expedia, who notified me by email that this hotel refused to allow a change of date. This is the most unfriendly customer service experience I have ever had with Holiday Inn via an Expedia booking. Don't do it. I will be finding alternate accommodations in the future.

Easily one of the ickiest hotels that I stayed at in a long time. Two stars is probably generous…read more Pros-- *Excellent location. Lots of good restaurants (including a steak house on the top floor) that are within walking distance. *Pet friendly hotel with a lower fee than elsewhere in this area. *Shower was decent. Cons-- *Place is dated and dumpy. Carpet is worn to the point that there are holes in it. *Our "pet room" is on the 3rd floor. Who puts a pet that needs outside bathroom access on the 3rd floor? *Front counter guy (Matthew) was not super friendly. When we asked to speak to a manager about a more pet friendly room per our phone call earlier in the day and our reservation, we were told that "the manager was off duty and that we had the option of either emailing her or we could check in with her tomorrow when she was working again." Yep, super helpful. Thanks Matthew! Basically there is no manager on duty at night if there is a problem. (Great). I would NOT stay at this hotel again.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.. Today. Saturday Feb 28,…read more2026... 3:40pm Backstory is.. I came into town to manage a biz event. I barely started to get my set up together, but I couldnt because the room was too small with large round tables taking up space.. we originally had two separate event rooms to accommodate for nearly 30 kids plus a handful of my team providers. Well I did what I do best, one of our rooms was taken back, so we only ended up with one room and had to provide a whole safe daycare and so we had to make arrangements. & make it work. Which meant getting rid of the tables so kids can actively play without any incidents in the way. That was my ONLY request... Tall banquet guy, possibly lead banquet during that shift? Has the worst hospitality. He was so aggressively judgmental towards me and kept undermining my event plans all because he didnt want to do his job... it's time for a new job buddy.. clearly aint happy. He had the audacity to raise his voice at me... My client was in charge of her event next to me, witnessed it all and I am the manager in charge of my event. He got so vulgar with me and I only requested ONE time.. that I needed to get tables removed. He yelled saying "WE ARENT MOVING ANYTHING ELSE AFTER THIS THAT IS IT! Your room plan seating makes no sense! Dont ask us to bring them back. I am not moving anything anymore after this, I keep making these moves! You aren't making sense with this!" First of all.. I barley came into work.. and that was my first and only request.. what does it matter if it doesnt make sense to him? It's my event set up? Undermining me & giving me nasty judgy looks is so unacceptable. & Whoever he "helped" prior had nothing to do with me. And second, as a banquets worker... that's your job. I wasn't disrespectful nor was I taking advantage in any way "because it's his job". His response and behavior was so uncalled for. My Client and I tried reporting him, I just hope the hotel gets better employees. Now let me not criticize everyone in here. But that was enough to not do business here if they allow and give this type of hospitality.

Wonder place with comfy beds…read more The showers are small but the bathroom overall was nice. They make a small space feel bigger. Kind people. Beautiful decor.

While overall I had a good stay at this hotel, there were a few things they could improve pretty…read moreeasily that would make it a 5 for me, and probably for a lot of other people. The important thing, is that the staff could not be more attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous... a hard thing to find these days. The rest is simply corporate policy I'd bet, and material things. Here were my negatives: No free wi-fi without becoming a Marriott Bonvoy member. I didn't realize it was still 2010. $9 to park my car per night in an absolutely huge, unguarded, uncovered lot with plenty of parking spaces available. This is not a busy area. No convention or conference in town. There is no reason for this charge. I didn't find my king bed particularly comfortable. Very firm. I tossed and turned a lot. But, I've had worse, and this will vary by person. Hot tub still out of order, another review mentioned this was the case 3 months ago. I will echo that person's sentiment. People come to this area to hike, explore, and enjoy the outdoors. They come back to the hotel with sore feet and backs, expecting to make use of this amenity. It needs to be fixed. To be clear, the breakfast here is NOT free, even though continental breakfast is mentioned, but it also does not state free. I peeked at the breakfast buffet, which can be had for $15 in the full service restaurant. Looked very good, I just don't care that much about breakfast. I'd have taken a muffin and some juice though. That feels like a lot of complaints, but really, overall the 4 is a good reflection. I was safe, reasonably comfortable, my room was clean and attended to by housekeeping, it was quiet, in a great location, and the rate reasonable by area standards. As stated before, superior staff. Ultimately, the bed is what would keep my from staying here again, as that is the most important thing.

I remembered they had a really nice breakfast, so I booked the Element again. PROS: * Great location, within driving distance of many restaurants, as well as a mall. Just off the freeway, but I didn't hear the noise from my room. * Wonderful free breakfast with daily hot items, such as house made omelettes, egg frittata, and potatoes, as well as a Chobani yogurt bar with a variety of toppings. * Large studio apartment-like room, with full kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, sink, and in-room filtered water spigot) * Nice toiletries * Housekeeping service every other day * Large workout room and indoor pool (I didn't use either but they looked very nice) CONS: * You have to pay for parking. Why?? I was not told about this upon check-in and had to ask the front desk after seeing signs around the property about scanning a QR code to pay for parking. * Very uncomfortable pillows. I had a hard time sleeping on these pillows. If I were to drive to Denver and stay again, I would bring my own pillow! * Very dry in the hotel. I'm not sure if it was just the high altitude, but next time, I will bring a small humidifier to place next to the bed. My eyes were so dry the entire time I was in Denver, even with using eye drops multiple times a day.

This by far was one of the most underwhelming HGI I have stayed at. While the location was great…read moreand convenient that was about it. Rooms were old and outdated and even the carpet in my room was frayed and looked like the original. Bed not super comfortable and the pillows totally sucked. In addition every HGI I stay at has dinner well only on one of the three nights I stayed here and ironically the one night was Friday night when the hotel was empty. Makes no sense. Front desk staff were horrible and not even friendly. How about when you walk by the desk to say have a great night, welcome back, good morning or anything. Way too many choices to ever come back here.

The associate was great who checked us in and the Christmas decor in the lobby was pretty. I liked sitting by the fireplace and the giant tv screen was incredible. They were playing an old movie and I liked it. There is a snack store right up front which was great. And beverages were provided. The king bedroom was cool. I like the small section with amenities - iron and ironing board, suitcase holder, and a small microwave, mini fridge and keurig. Hairdryer was appreciated for my long hair. And the details are great - the folded decorations on the toilet paper roll and tissue box. Not a lot of space if you're someone who unpacks your clothes and hangs them but the compactness works for me. Not a large room and we appreciated her placing us in a high floor for a view but the view was of the parking lot and freeway. :) There is a place to sit outside and it would be nice in good weather. A gym and business center add to the amenities. Nice hotel for a stay if you don't want luxury. And I'm fine with that.
