While overall I had a good stay at this hotel, there were a few things they could improve pretty easily that would make it a 5 for me, and probably for a lot of other people. The important thing, is that the staff could not be more attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous... a hard thing to find these days. The rest is simply corporate policy I'd bet, and material things. Here were my negatives: No free wi-fi without becoming a Marriott Bonvoy member. I didn't realize it was still 2010. $9 to park my car per night in an absolutely huge, unguarded, uncovered lot with plenty of parking spaces available. This is not a busy area. No convention or conference in town. There is no reason for this charge. I didn't find my king bed particularly comfortable. Very firm. I tossed and turned a lot. But, I've had worse, and this will vary by person. Hot tub still out of order, another review mentioned this was the case 3 months ago. I will echo that person's sentiment. People come to this area to hike, explore, and enjoy the outdoors. They come back to the hotel with sore feet and backs, expecting to make use of this amenity. It needs to be fixed. To be clear, the breakfast here is NOT free, even though continental breakfast is mentioned, but it also does not state free. I peeked at the breakfast buffet, which can be had for $15 in the full service restaurant. Looked very good, I just don't care that much about breakfast. I'd have taken a muffin and some juice though. That feels like a lot of complaints, but really, overall the 4 is a good reflection. I was safe, reasonably comfortable, my room was clean and attended to by housekeeping, it was quiet, in a great location, and the rate reasonable by area standards. As stated before, superior staff. Ultimately, the bed is what would keep my from staying here again, as that is the most important thing. read more

One of the worst and most humiliating hotel stays of my life. After dealing with multiple card key issues when I went to get my third card replacement an already exacerbated night manager vented his rage at a frustrated customer - me - by calling the police. The police of course realized there was nothing criminal to prosecute and left. But the night manager - Lando - kicked me and my family out of the hotel at 10:30pm at night. I had no recourse but to leave. Of course I wasn't the only customer complaining that evening. There were two others but I happened to be the only person of color. Is it a coincidence that I was the only person removed from the hotel? Terrible experience. Truly regrettable and unnecessary. read more

Lone Tree was a perfect midpoint between areas I needed to go for work. The hotel staff I encountered were all professional and pleasant. Food at the in house restaurant is good but I tried room service which I was not pleased with especially since it was a simple order of a burger and fries. It took a long time over an hour to arrive and when the food arrived it was in a disposable plastic container without any condiments, napkins, etc. i didn't feel like dealing with that so just took the loss and knew not to repeat. Same food at the downstairs restaurant is actually good so I would recommend going down for food instead of room service read more

PSA: I have not stayed here as an actual guest, but I spent a signifsnt amount of time here recently for a business conference I attended. I am also blind, which may have played a significant factor in my experience. The service at this hotel seems to be "variable," at best. At worst, the staff seems to be nice, but either chooses to ignore issues or dismiss liability. I visited this hotel for four days in October 2024 for a business conference I needed to attend. I chose to stay at home, rather than opting to book a room at the hotel, which I think may have been a good choice. The first day I came, I had a positive first impression of the staff... they were friendly, approachable, helpful, and courteous. Or at least they seemed to be... On day two, I came in early for a breakfast in one of the private dining rooms. One of the first things I noticed is that the wait staff didn't seem to communicate very well with me at all, and almost seemed like they didn't understand the questions I asked them. When I tried to ask them something, they would either just repeat what they had just said, or walk away from me and ignore the question altogether. The next day, I had a similar (if not worse) problem during lunch service. I expected them to be aware they were serving multiple blind people and that they would address them accordingly, but they again failed in communication and didn't even give me a meal despite pre-paying for one through the event coordinators. When I approached the front desk about this, I was relegated to the Banquets Manager, who stated that his staff was the ones serving our group through the event. When I asked him why they refused to serve me or even communicate with me about anything, he simply told me that "most of the servers don't speak English," which is a huge red flag when you're in an area where that is the primary language. Rather than trying to troubleshoot solutions himself, he instead deferred me to the event organizers for my conference, which wasn't very helpful since the main issue here was the staff--NOT the organization or the event. The Banquet Manager's attitude towards the situation as a whole seemed rather dismissive to me, and he abruptly exited the conversation when he found someone from our group. In my opinion, he should have taken steps to avoid any similar incidents from happening for the dinner banquet to happen later that evening, but thankfully my mother came with me that night and found a server who spoke Spanish (which is her primary language, even though she speaks English very well), so she was able to communicate to her at least, but that still isn't an excuse for how the situation was handled. I also lost an item during the time I was there and never found it, nor did they let me know if they did. This was definitely my fault, but I wouldn't be surprised at all if they just set my info aside and ignored that too. Overall, I'm not sure how I would recommend this hotel based on the service I received, but then again the service may have been better if I was an actual paying guest staying on property, instead of a visitor attending multiple days in a row for an extended period, while going home to sleep and eat in between. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon, and will likely avoid recommending it to those I know, but I'm still very dissatisfied by the service shown to disabled patrons visiting the hotel, and this needs to be improved for the future. I had a great experience at this hotel for a trip e recently had. We stayed 4 nights. They offer a discount for military so make sure you call to book for that discount. Booked a single king size bed suite and it was very comfortable. Room was clean and the hotel was very nicely decorated. The restaurant that is located inside was convenient for breakfast and drinks at the end of the day. There isn't complimentary breakfast here. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodated all of our needs and requests quickly. I will definitely be booking with this hotel on my next trip to Colorado. The surrounding area is very nice. Target and Starbucks are located around the corner along with some nicer shops. Not walking distance to Park Meadows but it is close by. There is also an In N Out within 5 minutes from here, which was a big deal for us. I highly recommend this hotel! read more

Came here for a short 3 day stay for work. Located in South Denver pretty close to a lot of good shopping and dining options (as well as not too many other Marriott choices in the area). The hotel itself is convenient to get to from the highway (though a drive from the airport). Plenty of parking (and free!) With a decent size lobby renovated probably in the last 5 to 10 years or so. Service was normal, not much of a wait and got into the room quickly. The room itself was a typical older Marriott style. Fairly dim, smaller windows, old TVs. Bathroom was usable but not as spacious or comfortable as the new hotels. Wifi worked well enough, and plugs were convenient which is a plus. But could use some updating soon. It was a bed for a night and not much else. The hotel was convenient to get to from the highway. Parking was $10 a night even though it's just a lot outside the rim of the building and it's not a busy urban area. We were very sad that the hot tub was out of service after a long day outdoors, the entire lower level pool area seemed kind of dirty with no towels and roughed up furniture. The room was spacious but didn't have a full body mirror or an alarm clock? The concierge lounge was closed on weekends and there was no coffee. So yeah, a bed for a night and not much else. read more

My second disappointing stay in a row at this hotel. It's frustrating when I reserved my room through corporate travel 2 months in advance and when I arrive my king size room has turned into 2 double beds. I asked the front desk if there had been an accident and was told they were out of king bed rooms for more than 6 hours before my check in. I checked the website and king rooms are still being sold. Aside from that letdown my room was in need of repair (mini fridge door was broken and the wall light was bent and crooked). I also found it odd there was no desktop plug by the desk so had to work from the bed nightstand. Cell connection from my room was weak. Bottom line is I won't be back. read more

Stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. I wasn't a huge fan of the hotel's interior decoration (bland and corporate) but my room was clean and had plenty of natural lighting. Service is worth mentioning. They offered me a few water bottles at checkin, and even accommodated a 4 PM late checkout even though I'm not Platinum (yet). To be honest I have extremely low expectations for room service and avoid it as much as I can. Due to a late flight into Denver, room service was my only dinner option (other than greasy fast food). I was pleasantly surprised by the room service here. Delivery was prompt (less than 20 minutes), and while the food wasn't fancy, the execution on the food was spot on. Overall, this Denver Marriott met my expectations for a Marriott hotel. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the customer service. 3.75 read more

I am a LifeTime Titanium Elite at Marriott with almost 2000 nights and seldom do reviews. Admittedly this Marriott needs a bit of an update as the decor is somewhat dated but the staff was very good, and more than made up for this need! Dennis in the restaurant during the day, and after having him one day we asked for him the other two!!! He is a true pro, very personable and could work at any 5 star restaurant!!! Likiana Diusdievic in the concierge launch was also excellent as she went above the call of duty to help us and was very professional and sweet! This was a part time job that she has had for a long time as she works full-time somewhere else and is in her mid 60s! I probably misspelled her name, but she is an immigrant and you will know her immediately by her customer service, which is so hard to find these days! The rest of the staff we encountered were good as well but these two stood out and the biggest reason I wanted to give a 5 star rating on my stay!!! read more

I had a very good stay at this Marriott hotel. I arrived late in the evening so unfortunately I did not take pictures. The common areas and rooms where very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the digital/mobile key on my phone didn't work correctly until the staff reset it for me. This isn't an issue isolated to this hotel, every Marriott that has the digital key feature I have had issues. I never have these issues with Hilton's digital key. read more

I stayed here for five nights over President's Day weekend, 2017. I was here with my son's youth hockey team for a tournament. I thought the hotel was great. If I was writing about just the room, I would give the place four stars. It was the customer service and hospitality that bump them up to five. The rooms are not the biggest I have been in. That said, it was clean and up to date. My room had a single King bed. The bathroom had a huge walk in shower. Other rooms with two beds have a tub/shower combo. The group of parents on this team have know each other and traveled together for a few years. We like to get together for a drink or two before going to bed. Some times hotels are not accommodating of the noise we make. This hotel had places we could sit off of the lobby and not bother other guests. It also has a fire pit outside were we were able to gather. One of the parents brought a projector to show recordings of the hockey games. The hotel allowed us to set this up in one of the conference rooms and did not charge us extra. This was a great perk. Thanks Denver Marriott South. read more

We were caught in a snow storm coming in from Boulder. It was very late, cold, and we encountered dangerous driving conditions. The roads were closed to Colorado Springs so we started looking for a hotel, especially when we saw a few cars sliding on the highway (I-25), Enough was enough. It was passed midnight and after driving on slushy ice we knew it was time to stop. We called the Marriott that we saw off the highway. I asked the front desk agent if there were any rooms available for this evening and without answering my question he transferred me to the main reservations line! What? That was totally annoying. I needed a room right now! So when I spoke with a reservation agent they were asking me which Marriott? Hello? I'm driving in a Blizzard-I don't know the address or suburb! So I hung up on them and just drove to the Marriott and walked in to see if they had rooms (how inconvenient for me). I specifically chose Marriott because I'm a Rewards member. Luckily they had rooms available for $99 so I'm happy I didn't get gauged with a walk-in rack rate. They do offer military/govt. rates but the holiday weekend rate was better. I was relieved to walk into a nice clean warm room with a great view of the snow and slept very well. There's a restaurant downstairs. It was serving breakfast and brunch (since it was Mother's Day). Breakfast was wonderful. Our server was so friendly. We sat next to the cozy fireplace and had some Eggs Benedict, oatmeal, pancakes, and everyone loved their food. The only downer was the restaurant manager who was a bit stoic and should practice smiling and being more friendly. He was very short with all our questions. The music playing was horrible. Honestly, it sounded like psychedelic 60s music. For breakfast on Mother's Day? Change the station. Starbucks is also on the first floor located next to the restaurant. Overall a great stay. My recommendation to the hotel staff: when someone calls the front desk at midnight looking for a room during a blizzard for that night-DON'T SEND THEM TO RESERVATIONS! Especially if they make it perfectly clear that they need a room in the middle of a snow storm! (The front desk agent was new-so maybe he just needs some more training.) Take the call and humor them! Horrible night's sleep. They claim they have pillow top mattresses. Ha! The bed was hard as a rock. They also claim to have foam pillows. Mine were typical hotel pillows that smash down flat. I had a western facing room on floor 6 that faced the office building across the street. Not a mountain view. Even on the western side of the building, the traffic noise from I-25 was bad. Truck noise woke me up all night long. To top it off, although I was on the concierge level, I was told the concierge lounge is closed on weekends! No coffee available at 6:00AM other the awful coffee in the room. What cheapskates. Altogether, an unpleasant experience. Will not return. read more

Martha made my stay so so wonderful!! We had a big work conference and it was suggested to go to the Marriott and I'm so glad I decided to stay there. When I first was checking in she was just an absolute sweetheart, kind, always smiling, respectful and ready to help me out. When I leave or come in to the hotel she always greets me. I really did enjoy my stay because of her, the only issue I had with the hotel was that they didn't clean my room then when I called front desk the girl answered (not Martha) was not professional, as I was talking on the phone she screams to someone else "hey girl heyy" then when they came to "freshen up" my room only thing was changed were my towels but the bed wasn't made nor it was cleaned properly. That was my only issue other than that the experience was great, most staff were great especially Martha and place is clean for the most part. I'll definitely be staying here again for future work conferences read more

We frequent Marriott properties but unfortunately this is one of those days that started out fantastic and ended terribly. We decided to get a room for the night because the snow was coming down rather quickly and creating blizzard conditions for our commute home to the springs. That being said we didn't have a reservation ahead of time but the gentleman at the front desk was able to find my husband a great rate with a $25 credit to sonomas. To our pleasure they said we could use it for alcohol at the bar. So we decided to have a few drinks and then when it came time for the check the bartender seemed confused that we had a $25 credit and had to ask a manager and then get someone from the front desk to confirm... Which was a lengthy annoying 15 to 20 minute process. And the charge showed up on our room folio anyway. Because it had been a long night we were looking forward to sleeping in and enjoying the awesome bed. Not so much! We were woken up to aggravated and annoying drilling noises and when we called the front desk they confirmed that they were doing construction. I complained that we were not informed when we checked in and they offered to move our room which seems ridiculous now that we're awake and we're leaving in 2 hours. And the bathroom... Absolutely disgusting! For mold to build up on the shower curtain and the grout encrusted around the faucet tells me that it is not cleaned properly in general! There was dust along the tops of the picture frames in the top of the bed, could be from construction. Coming through the vents but none the less unappealing. As I checked out I ask for a manager and the supervisor said she was the manager on duty so I showed her the pictures of the disgusting bathroom conditions and she gave me her business card and requested that I emailed them to her. I mean seriously I've already been inconvenienced enough. Offering to credit some points to my Marriott Rewards doesn't really appease the incredibly negative experience. We will happily stay at Marriott properties again but just not this one! read more

Our recent say at the Denver Marriott South at Park Meadows was not a good one. We paid over $200 a night and we would avoid staying there in the future for the following reasons. * The room they put us in was a handicap room that does not flow for people with no issues. * The floor was noisy and we could not sleep in after a long night. * The maid service was knocking at the door at 7 am. But we forgot to put the do not disturb sign out. * The bathroom was odd and the sink had pressure hot and cold controls that made it difficult to use. * The bathroom had no counter space for our toiletries. * The hot water in the shower did not work so we had to wash up using the sink. * When I asked the front desk for a survey form they said they were going green and we could access it on line. I chose to earn points rather than receive service for the first few days of my visit, but requested that my room be cleaned on the fourth day. They promised it would be, but it was not. This is well below the standards of Marriot and other quality hotels. Our family group rented three rooms for three nights, located on three different floors 2, 5 and 6. We all had the same experience showers with mold and lack of good cleaning. Upon arrival they did not inform us that due to lack of labor rooms only be serviced every four days. We all had to ask for fresh towels and bathroom accessories. DO NOT stay at this Marriot Marriott should pull this franchise! read more

My boyfriend and I come here because the ambiance is amazing and because there is a bartender named Christian that makes every night we visit so fun! He is so warm and witty and we banter with him while he gives us great service all the time. Hotels get popular because of the feeling they leave with guests. He's that for this hotel. Fingers crossed the new one is a lot more competent and able to actually handle working in a restaurant! They did offer us a free hotel stay 1 night, so we plan on going back at some point. The hotel itself is pretty nice and the rooms are clean, but the service is terrible. We had two bad encounters at this hotel over a span of two days. First of all, the maids didn't give us new towels, they simply folded up the old towels and stacked them in the corner, pretty gross when you're sharing a room with 3 other people. Next was the guy working the valet. We had rolled a luggage cart (by ourselves) from the lobby, to our own room, back down to our cars. As we went out the front door, he stopped us and said we couldn't roll it out to our car that was parked 10 feet away, he said "I have to do it for liability reasons".....ok. So we pulled up our car and he just stood there making small talk, as we awkwardly started rearranging the car to fit all our gear, he starts saying "it's hot out here, let me go grab some waters for you guys", after 10ish minutes, he had grabbed us about 20 water for 4 people, water that we didn't want in the first place (there was literally a case of water that we had bought, sitting in plain site, in the front seat). As I put in the last few things of luggage in the car, I whispered to a friend "I think this guy is waiting for us to tip him", the guy is literally blocking my friend from entering the drivers door, next thing he says is "Ok I moved the luggage cart, brought you waters, we at Marriott work off gratuity, we would gladly appreciate some tips"..... Buddy, you didn't do anything, thanks for the water that we didn't need, and thanks for standing by the cart that we moved by ourselves. read more

***While this Marriott is not that close to Denver, it is a surprisingly upscale hotel with an impressive Concierge Lounge (available to Marriott Rewards Gold and Platinum members)*** Marriotts in suburban areas are a gamble. Occasionally, you get a nice one, but several are outdated and some of the standard Marriott amenities (like the Concierge Lounge) are a step below what you will find at a downtown metropolitan Marriott. The Denver Marriott South Meadows is the exception though. Rooms are nice and even feature a contemporary sofa chair as well as an attractive bed scarf. The Concierge Lounge goes above and beyond the typical Marriott with a good variety of food at breakfast and during nightly appetizers service. The big windows in the lobby let in a lot of natural light and it reflects Denver's close to nature vibe (the Concierge Lounge also provides great views of mountains even if they are faraway). As mentioned, the rooms have contemporary touches. I also enjoyed the nice rainfall showerhead as well as the comfortable bed with great linens. There were areas where the rooms fell short though. There was no in-room safe. It was not too hot in the room, but the A/C seemed a tad weak compared to other Marriotts I've stayed at recently. And while the bathroom was very well maintained, it was a little tight in there. I did not get a chance to use the fitness center, but the lobby opened directly into their lounge and it seemed like a comfortable and communal place to relax. I did visit the Concierge Lounge and it was impressive. The Concierge Lounge provided a wide variety of seating options. There were a few tables for four as well as several tables for two. There was also a large communal table and even a long counter for eating and looking out (the windows have power shades that easily adjust to block out harsh sunlight if needed). There is even a lounge-like area with L-shaped couches to watch the lounge's big flat screen television. For breakfast, their variety of hot offerings was as much as I've seen at any Marriott even if the quality was slightly disappointing. There were okay scrambled eggs that were not quite as fluffy as they should have been. The bacon was tasty, but it was a tad salty and fatty (even for bacon). Outside of the standard oatmeal, most Marriott Concierge Lounges only offer two hot options at breakfast, but this Concierge Lounge offered four selections. There was also fried breakfast potatoes as well as crepes filled with apple compote (the crepes were over toasted, but I guess it was probably necessary to keep the crepes from going soggy in the buffet chafing dish). They had a great variety of cold options including both healthy and sugary cereals, breakfast breads, whole bananas, sliced strawberries, good breakfast pastries (including crispy and slightly flaky blueberry Danishes), and already plated fruit cups with melon, pineapple and blackberries. Nightly appetizers were really a true dinner. There was a pork loin with a stuffing center (not bad though definitely dry) and a pasta salad tossed with spinach and zucchini. Where this Marriott really separated itself though was how it elevated what is often very boring at Marriott Concierge Lounges--crudite and cheeses. The crudite featured many vegetables--carrots, celery and tomatoes but also peppers, asparagus and even heirloom cauliflower. While this Concierge Lounge offered standard cheeses in cubes and slices like Monterey Jack, cheddar and pepper jack, it also provided goat cheese, brie, a soft cow's milk cheese with a distinct wash rind, and really good, creamy, pungent, and soft blue cheese. Even the crackers were upgraded with flavorful rye crisps topped with sesame and caraway seeds. While almost all Marriott Concierge Lounges offer an assortment of bottled water and Pepsi products, this Concierge Lounge also provided Coca-Cola products. Service was friendly and good like almost all Marriott brand hotels and room rates were very reasonable though this area might not be an ideal location if you are commuting to Denver since traffic looks bad in the morning. I really enjoyed this Marriott--especially the Concierge Lounge where this Marriott definitely goes above and beyond most Marriotts. It is a surprisingly upscale hotel and definitely a good option if you are spending time in this area. This Marriott offers complimentary parking; it is easy finding an open space. read more

Stayed on the 6th (top) floor for 3 days. No internal soundproofing in the rooms, and the hallways are consistently noisy until 2 am, with staff radios & guests up screaming again at 6:45 am or earlier. We never managed more than 3-4 hours of sleep a night. Staff were helpful & friendly when visible, but often MIA for long periods and difficult to track down. The hotel restaurant is understaffed to the point of neglect, and the food certainly isn't worth the wait or the price. The steak was mis-fired and had to be sent back, which only improved matters minimally. A side of vegetables we ordered simply never appeared. The salmon was over-salted and came with a side of inedible risotto, 2 sad, limp vegetables and a rapidly congealing smear of faintly yellow something with green flecks. In our entire meal, the only 2 correctly prepared items were the wine and the french fries. In a word? Sad. This hotel is sad. The staff seems friendly but completely overstretched. The building and rooms cut corners with cheap fixtures and thin doors. The building's too close to the freeway and Park Meadows; there's a permanent, not-so-faint rattle and hum from traffic. It goes right down to stupid details. Our alarm clock was broken in myriad ways, the TV remote buggy and unresponsive, the bathroom door wasn't hung properly and sticks when it closes... There's a fair number of other options for hotels in the area. If it's your money you're spending and you have the choice, or if you just enjoy sleep occasionally? Try those. read more

This was my first stay at this Marriott and I have to say I like it. Check-in was fast and efficient, the staff was friendly and they bumped me up to a top floor room which gave me lounge access. The room itself was clean, comfortable and quiet save for one of the other guests that kept letting their door slam. But that's not the hotel's fault. Just an inconsiderate person. I had some work to do and there was plenty of room for that. A room with two Queen beds might be a little tighter, but my King room was just right. The gym was adequate, but could have used more weights/weight machines. It was cardio day for me so I got done what I needed. The location is great too. Within 1 1/2 miles there are lots of restaurants to choose from, a big shopping mall and a Super Target just in case you've forgotten something. read more

I agree with Greg Q, the Denver Marriott South was a pleasant surprise. I was expecting the usual Marriott experience when I came here for a business trip, which I would normally rate a 3, but this is a nicer version of any other Marriott's I have stayed at. Since I am never in my room on these business trips the bed and bathroom is where I spend most of my time when staying overnight(s). The bed sheets were soft and comfortable and the bathroom was especially clean. I love the bath toiletries provided and actually plan on purchasing the orange spice bath and body works lotion I sampled. I was placed in a little people room that had a peep hole level to my peep hole and the closet had an ironing board for both big and little people. My only qualm with this type of room was that the clothes pole was level for only little peeps and I had to hang my clothes on the shower rod. The gym was fully equipped and even had balance balls that I use for squats. The service was great, and even though I think Denver is beautiful, this sea level girl is happy to be home and off the mountain. read more

Would not recommend staying here. As as lifetime Gold with Marriott, they sure do not treat you like they appreciate you in any way. Service in restaurant was terrible, and customer service is terrible. My wife and I stayed here recently and had to leave the same night because one of our young children got sick. We left that night after staying maybe 4 hours. When I called and talked to a manger named Jennifer, I asked her if it was possible to get my points back because we used them for this stay. Jennifer stated no and said there was nothing she could do for me. Also, I asked her to send me my finalized bill which never happened. I just feel like management here could really care less. I chose this hotel based on amenities listed on their website. I came in to town for a medical procedure. This hotel listed complimentary shuttle. Since I was going to have sedation for my procedure, I had to have a driver take me home. The shuttle driver was not working today according to the front desk but they could set me up with a taxi and they would pay the fare. Great...until the driver charged me and told me I had to pay the fare. My biggest disappointment is they advertise WiFi which I feel is standard these days, especially when the room rate is over $220/night for an average room. Well, they charge $15/day for WiFi in the room. Considering I'm on bedrest....I can't make it to the lobby where it is complimentary. Nickel and dimed--so disappointing. If it were a luxurious property I would overlook these nuisances...but it is not. I could've stayed across the street and saved money. read more

Facility is clean. I got here right after the big Colorado storm, and was somewhat isolated in terms of getting there. The plowers didn't really plow the roads that went to the hotel. The person at the front desk was nice, got me into my room quickly. They had the promotion that if you stayed at the hotel for the night you'll get a $100 dollar voucher. They were out of it when I arrived so they sent one to my address when I left. Rooms were fine, somewhat dark. Felt a little bit like a cave. However, they do have Bath & Body Works lotions/shampoo/conditioner/body wash. That was good. The room had the iPod dock, along with wi-fi access (which was somewhat slow). You'd think that being in the tech center they would have a faster connection. Breakfast Buffet: I opted for the breakfast buffet package. The buffet left me wanting more, and was somewhat lack luster. Although there's a guy making Omelets, it wasn't the best I've had. The waitress barely checked on me, about 2 times in 30-40 minutes, including the initial order. Coffee was good though. Other than that I'd be back for the vouchers/free breakfast package. BTW, I'd suggest bringing a bottle of wine and glasses and sit by the fireplace downstairs. read more

WARNING!!! This is the worst Marriott to stay!!! I spoke to front desk about our ac not working and they told me they'll reimburse that night when we check out. So after 7 days here we came to check out and Jonathan at front desk said they'll give us free coffee or sodas for the road?!!! I don't need coffee I want you compensate the one night I was promised. spent new year's eve there as part of a large organization that also rented out the main ballroom. this was our first time there as in past years we had been to several other hotels, including red lions, sheratons and hyatts. the main event went well, the ballroom is close enough to the elevators that you don't have to worry about going back and forth between the party and your room. we had no trouble with the staff -- in past years at other places, we had issues with the staff being rude during our celebrations. i didn't personally have any of the food, so i can't vouch for that either way. the hotel reservations staff was very friendly upon check-in and check-out. we had a couple requests on room location, and the reservations agent was very accommodating. the rooms themselves were nice. not 5-star nice, but i had no complaints about cleanliness or amenities. it was new year's eve and there were people all over the place (we had a group staying on our floor that took up several of the rooms, and they were frequently going back and forth between rooms... including several small children) but we never heard a peep when we were inside our room. we hung out in our room with several people and i assume our neighbors didn't hear us either, as we didn't have any complaints or staff members knocking on our door! (which again, we have had in the past!) the only complaint i had was the tv remote didn't work well with the tv! not that i spent much time in my room watching tv, but when i did need it, it was kind of a pain. overall, i had a pleasant stay and i would recommend it to others! read more
