Definitely gonna be coming to this bookstore a lot.

I knew the author and title and walked up to the register to ask where I might find it, but the two employees were engaged in conversation and didn't even acknowledge my presence for at least 3 minutes. When the red-headed female employee did finally acknowledge me, it was with an irritated smirk, as if I was disturbing them. This dismissive and disrespectful behavior was repeated several times before I decided to leave. I have over 30 years experience in business ownership and retail management and this is absolutely no way to treat prospective customers. You should never make a customer wait without being acknowledged while you engage in conversation with another employee or are looking down at the register. When you do engage with a customer, you should be welcoming, friendly and polite. I see from prior reviews that I am not the only one to have experienced this kind of behavior and don't know how they've stayed in business so long with such rude employees. There are no return visits here in my future.

I spent a lot of money there on a weekly basis and was told no there are no returns for collectibles. Unbelievable that for a patron of their business that they would not honor store credit - as I did give the cards back. DO NOT BUY THE MAGIC BRICKS. Nice going for the manager of the store - I won't be giving them anymore of my business

I was somewhat disappointed to find that the store only contains romance books. But I mean, what should I expect from a place called Its a Love Story. But I can get over that. I just love being surrounded by books and some looked very interesting. The thing is, the place was quieter than a library. There were about 6 people in the shop, but it was so quiet, I was afraid to talk to my wife. The Dirty Chai Latte I ordered was nothing special, so I'd only really come back to be surrounded by books. But since most of the books aren't my Genre, It's less likely that I would.
