I have to say my experience tonight at this location was a text book example of what excellent customer service should be. I was approached by Patty asking if I needed help - I let her know what I was looking for. She had some great suggestions and was a great help. We chatted for a bit and she was friendly and went the extra mile! I'm a bit old school and getting help in a retail establishment these days can be difficult.
