I was told to address the envelope to Rhonda. After receiving the shirts, Rhonda called me and explained that she could not replace the shirts exactly.... color and logo were different. I said that was fine, I was more concerned about size. Within two days, I received the right shirts. Customer Service was amazing......I am most grateful!

As the clerk was checking me out, I was putting the sweatshirt in a bag and I noticed the sweatshirt had a huge hole right in the front! I let the clerk know and she looked at me and said sorry, No refunds. I said you have got to be kidding me just give me the $10 back and cancel the transaction. She said it was against their policy. She did say I could exchange it, but it was the last sweatshirt like this so not really an option I wanted. I was told I could go talk to the manager over at Scrimshaw. She literally laughed at me! Neither location was willing to go in the back to check for another one like the one I had so I ended up exchanging for a sweatshirt I didn't even want!
