My finance and I wandered into the store just after we left staples, very unhappy. We were in urgent need of some envelopes (3 to be exact) to complete and send out our wedding invites. After making a few circles in the store, and seeing you don't carry them either, I was discouraged and started my way toward the door. As I passed the clerk station, and young woman behind the counter asked how we were doing and I explained my situation. She said, "you might be in luck, I think I have some over there I can let you have." Seeing how excited we were, she got the measurements from me and alas, she had some that would work. I wish all stores would be like this. She did not HAVE to do that at all, nor did she have to even probe into my situation, but she did. She understood what we were trying to accomplish and she went above and beyond to help us. read more

I have never been into the store before, so I decided that I wanted to check it out while waiting for the store that I actually wanted to go into opened so I was moseying around looking at everything and then I came across a notepad that is designed for grocery list and on it it had the original price tag with a sticker on it that said 599 so I chose to get that one instead of the cute one that I wanted to get, and I brought it up to the register and come time to check out. I noticed that it came out to the original price so I said something to the woman who I'm assuming is probably one of the managers and said well no that's supposed to be 599 and she then said to me well we would never put a price tag on a ribbon well clearly I didn't do it because I'm not like that for one so automatically she had an attitude said I'm just gonna refund you your money with a huge attitude. I said OK I'll go get the one that I originally wanted then if I'm not gonna get the sale price that the sticker Is and she was rolling her eyes finishing checking me out and then I said to her, you might wanna go fix the other two that are over there that also have a sale price ticket on it for the $5.99 and she then said I will take care of it later so it's pretty sad what this world is coming too cause I really feel that if I had bought more spent more money was dress more appropriately for her. She probably would've treated me with more respect little. Does this woman know I had surgery five days ago so I am in Sweatpants and a sweatshirt and shouldn't judge me because I probably make more money than you do in a year, so next time have a little more compassion and be a little more nicer before you treat people the way you do. read more

I haven't been in their store in a few years. It was very disappointing to see that it's mostly clothing, jewelry and such instead of paper goods. The cards are at child level. If you can't bend over or squat, you're screwed. There doesn't seem to be a section for wedding, baby or such memory books. The sign for the line was hanging from the ceiling. I don't normally look up there to see where I should wait in line in a smaller store, such as they are. I guess they are forcing us to go on line to other retailers for our paper goods needs. read more

I cannot recommend this store and their staff enough for ear piercings! I brought my 8 month old daughter for her first piercings. They were so kind and welcoming. They helped to distract her and made her feel comfortable after. Unfortunately she turned as they were piercing so one of the earrings looked really off. They apologized and said I could take out the earring, let it close up, and come back and try again. I took their advice and came back in 2 weeks. The second time went smoother and they were so accommodating and sweet. They fixed everything at no cost to me and we are very happy with how well it turned out! read more

Went in looking for a small backpack to match my raincoat. Wasn't having much luck. Salesperson came over and asked if she could help. I explained my situation and she immediately took me to the men's department and they had the exact backpack I was looking for. She also checked back on me while I continued shopping and carried items to the checkout while I continued to browse! Fantastic customer service. Will definitely be back. read more

I would give it a zero but they don't have one I was in the store today. I purchased the following a robe,, 3 pairs of funny socks, a bracelet, large Yankee candle the scent was Lilacs and it smell so good I decided to get a set of tea lights. When I got home I started to pull everything so I could wrap them then I realize that the tea lights weren't in the bag I immediately called the store and told the woman that answer that I didn't have my tea lights she informed me that they needed to look in the store video, before they would give me another set. I don't know about you but I felt like me a thief I was extremely mad. About 30 minutes later the manager of the store called me to tell me they saw the lady that checked me out put the tea lights in the bag once again I felt they we're calling me a thief. By this time I was furious, he asks if I checked the bag well, I tell him yes and then he tells me that the bag maybe had a whole on the bottom isn't that ridiculous if it had a hole everything else would have fallen. I couldn't take them any longer So I told them how first thing in the morning I would be there to return every thing else. I don't know but in my 71 years I have never been treated so disrespectful. I also wonder if it was because the color of my skin along with my accent. If you ever go there make sure the bag doesn't has a hole on the bottom. I would never put my feet in that store. read more

While the store itself has a nice variety and quality of goods; the staff is lacking. Every time I've been there at least five employees are in the store with nothing to do but stand around and have personal conversations. Meanwhile, the clearance section is a mess. When I entered the store today there were three employees waiting just inside the door to "greet" me. One of them scanned me up and down with her eyes. I always feel like some one is lurking around when I'm trying to shop. read more
