Conrad was more than happy to come back with pleasure and take care of more than a few minor details until I was completely satisfied. He came back twice. Once on a Sunday. The next day he brought another worker. Let's just say they ruined my floors because the workers were totally incompetent. They applied a stain when none was warranted and the many sanding to remove it resulted in gouges and nail pops. They failed to use high quality plastic to cover doorways. My Chihuly type chandelier has to be professionally cleaned at an $1,100 estimate. They left a hand crafted dining table out side causing it to strip the finish and bubble the patina. Estimated cost to repair $5,500 The floors now need to be replaced completely because there is nothing left to sand. Cost $15,000 The owner Jonathan never returned a single phone call or text after many many attempts. When asked for the name of his insurance company he refused to give it. DO NOT hire this company! Accommodated us earlier as we had unusually great weather. Team of at least 6 arrived 7am daily, most days still at it with the same gusto at 530pm. Meticulous cleanup daily. Careful with mature plantings surrounding property. Unexpectedly had to work around a large team of roofers, which they did seamlessly. Personable, professional and incredible attention to detail. Owner Jonathan(like most painters this time of year)is very busy, most communication is with client coordinator Carla, whose response time to early am or late evening questions was remarkable. One glitch in the project, Jonathan was at the door to address it in less than an hour. A great team and a beautiful finished project. Priced on the high end of quotes but well worth for the result. Melvin gave us bids on a few projects which included repairing tile in a bathroom, painting and changing light fixtures. Adeo also stripped wallpaper and repaired and replaced some drywall, framing in AC ducts and painted a master bedroom. The total project included finishing floors and painting four bedrooms, an office, hallway, stairwell and kitchen. A new entryway and powder room with new tile floors. The powder room was renovated with new vanity, sink, toilet, and paint. The double entry doors were overhauled and updated. The experience was fantastic and the interior and exterior of our house is now beautiful! The Adeo crew is great and are all very nice. They all have excellent skills with paint, flooring, tile, and wood products. The crew can be trusted in your home. They are more than painters, they are home improvement specialist!

Melvin was very organized and methodical and checked in with us frequently about the work. This company does so much more than just paint; we had countertops done, flooring refinishing and installation, and a number of other jobs. The refinishing of our cabinets made them look like new, and it was a very tricky project due to previous paint jobs. I was overjoyed to see my home looking so fresh and bright, and within the ambitious timeline that we hoped for. The post construction cleaning, which Melvin organized, was the best post construction cleanup I have ever experienced. Most importantly, Melvin is a joy to work with and I would trust him with any future job for my home.

After re-doing my floors I figured I might as well keep going and make the house look truly lovely with a paint job! I could not have chosen a better company. They were prompt with all communication, they fit me into their tight early summer schedule (worst time of year to do this stuff because it's so busy for them fyi, lots more flexibility later in the home-improvement season), and Larry was super helpful explaining the process and helping me pick colors. Larry checked on the progress almost every day and then when it was all done. Antonio was my project manager and he was also very communicative and helpful and was present during the process, which was reassuring. They've just finished a couple of days ago and I'm so happy with how my house looks! The only thing is, one of the painters did knock and chip my crystal wall sconce. But stuff happens, it's a fact of having work done. What matters to me is that they instantly took ownership and are arranging to have it repaired! Obviously it's always easier if nothing gets broken, but it shows the true character of a company when they have to handle stuff going wrong. Shoreline, specifically Antonio and Larry in my case, handled it with grace and ease and I couldn't be more grateful! In short, I'd suggest them to anyone who asked and I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!
