No apology, thanks for your patience, etc. Once tag was removed she rang up the sale. Didn't give my daughter the total. My daughter paid and realized she was charged full price. Told the clerk the piece was on sale (which was clearly marked on the tag). No apology or recognition of a mistake. Great selection of clothing, however. If service would have been better I would have considered trying on more clothes. We will not return. Very disappointing.

I asked her about where I may find a size guide she sighed heavily and rolled her eyes then rushed quickly up to the register to grab a size guide. At this point I didn't feel much like trying anything on as all the excitement I had walking up to the store was completely gone and I was strongly regretting my decision to waste my gas and time being there.
