Marsala burger
Philip L.

This place isn't the worst burger joint in NJ, but it is sure not the best. It is a hole in a wall, so I assume it is usually for on to go or on a bar crawl pit stop. I ordered an outslider and it was nothing raving about it. I guess I could said it taste better then white castle of McDonalds, but expensive.

Extremely undercooked burger.

I used to frequent this location when it was Blitz Burger and was generally satisfied with most of the meals I had. I'm not sure if the management changed or the quality just decreased, but unfortunately, I'm not sure I'll ever be going back to this location again. I ordered the Old Queenie sliders. Both were severely under-cooked to the point that it looked as though the meat was still raw. The buns were soggy and the taylor ham rubbery. I was hoping this would be a go to spot as I live a block away, but I can assure you that my roommates and I will have to think long and hard before giving this place another chance.

Sliders and fries. Sliders are bigger than your average slider but smaller than a normal burger. So good though. Great fries too

A quality alternative that'll not only satisfy your hunger while your tatse buds dance in delight, but won't break the budget. The aroma of fresh fried or grilled food will lead you to the pink glow that once was a hot dog spot in Monroe. Now morphed into a satisfying affordable chow option beyond the stuffed skin persuasion. Ranging from chicken sammich options including balsamic and the devine chicken parm to the unique veggie Caprese with roasted red peppers and the killer bust buster steak sammy, hmm hmm. The best part is the prices average around only $6, so you can pick up your families or coworkers tab and feel like Papa Warbucks. If your lucky enough to spy the pink food truck at a local event, hurry and get in line before the crowd chow vultures beat you too it. You and your tummy will be happy you did, baby!

Every runner and every walker left the event with a smile on their face due to the amazing food. It takes special people to pull off what they did. Choose them for your next event! It had to be just right. I've worked in the restaurant/events/hospitality industry for over 15 years and have worked with lots of different chefs and eaten lots of different foods. My entire family and I love to cook and love to entertain, and lots of guests of our wedding are in the industry too. We chose Fork in the Road for their flexibility, amazing ideas, and mouth-watering sounding menu. While we were super psyched about what we chose, FITR far exceeded our expectations and made our wedding even better than we had imagined it could ever be. The truck is not just grilled cheese and fried foods (although they make delicious sandwiches and other amazing bites too!). Truly, Scott is incredible. He worked with us to create our dream menu, and the result was drool-worthy perfection. We did a regular cocktail hour with butlered hors d'oeuvres, a family-style dinner service, and butlered mini deserts. From the mini lobster rolls to the truffle parm fries, the apple-cider mustard BBQ braised short ribs to the duck confit - every single thing Scott came up with or we asked for was spectacular. Everything was full of flavor and executed so well - and all out of food truck and cook trailer! Scott's team of chefs, his hired waitstaff, his family - everyone was awesome. Our friends and family are still raving about everything. Endless repeat comments of not just the best food they've had at a wedding, but some of the best food they've had, EVER. Fork in the Road knocked it out the park! My husband and I highly recommend them for your next event, no matter what the size. A HHUUGGEE THANK YOU AGAIN!

Taste of Napoli - Margherita Pie

Taste of Napoli

AWESOME and SUPER, SUPER, SUPER DELICIOUS pizza!…read more We recently attended a birthday party where the party hosts rented out the Taste of Napoli truck for the duration of their party. I would guess that the truck was present at the party and parked outside of the hosts' house for about 4 WHOLE hours, which was incredibly long, but I'm sure well, well worth the expense. The truck offered 4 different Neapolitan personal pies as part of the Celebration menu - Margherita, Diavola, Cacio e Pepe and Pesto. I had a chance to try at least one slice of every single pie and the pizza was downright legit GREATTTT. Since the pizza was being created and heated in a truck, I had my doubts at first, but those doubts quickly vanished as I devoured slice after slice of the pizza. Personally, I ordered 2 freshly made pies from the truck (Margherita and Pesto) and they were absolutely PERFECTOOOO. If you gave me a blind taste test, I would have thought it was from some Neapolitan pizza restaurant and not a food truck. The pizzas were thin, piping hot out of the oven, incredibly flavorful and EXACTLY how I like my Neapolitan pizza a semi-charred undercarriage. And, let me just say, I have eaten quite a lot of pizza from MANY different pizzerias in NYC, New Haven and around the country and the pizza from this truck was as good as it gets. YES, I said it!!! I don't know if there was a limit to the number of pizzas that they served for the party, but it was sort of a free for all. All of the guests at the party had the freedom to order an entire personal pie on their own, whenever they wanted, however many times they wanted - which was amazing. It was awesome that we could order a fresh, piping hot pizza pie whenever we wanted. It was like a pizza buffet, but really, really, realllllly good pizza at the buffet. I was also able to have a quick chat with the fellas working in the truck and they were super nice and informed me that all of the ingredients were from Italy and you know what? I BELIEVE THEM because the pizza was so ridiculously delicious. I don't know what the rental rate is for the truck, but, one thing you'll be assured of if you go with them is some super EXCELLENT, fresh Neapolitan pizza for your party guests. You definitely won't be disappointed in what you're paying for.
