I couldn't find a smoke shop in Sacramento that was cannabis product based and carried a large selection then I found this spot. They gave me a really good deal that had me smiling when I left. This place was an amazing experience compared to the last smoke shop we went to (Twisted). Great deal on my new piece. Hector was so patient and helpful. I highly recommend this place for your piece purchase. read more

My man Josh and the owner really hooked us up with the perfect bong for me and my lady! Really good prices and really really and I mean really good customer service, super knowledgeable and friendly. The owner on our way our heard it was our first time and even threw in some glass cleaner on the house! Will be taking all of my business to them from now on read more

We always enjoy this shop. They have a nice selection of artisan glass, some cool Zippos and plenty of extras. Hector is super helpful, very patient and easy-going. And Rafael is a sweetheart. Check them out, you won't be disappointed! read more

The Outer Limits has a large shop, a huge inventory, good prices and helpful staff. The guys who work there are always happy to show me items, answer questions and make suggestions- they seem pretty knowledgeable about everything they sell. Last time I was in there, they cut me a deal on almost everything I bought- score! This is definitely one of my favorite local shops for "tobacco accessories". ;) read more

Okay, I used to frequent this store a long time ago for my incense, I always had a good experience. I have wanted to stop cigarettes, and a few of my employees are into vaping. So I decided to give it a try. Long story short, I felt like my lips were on fire! Yikes! I went back today and spent 40 more for a different set up. This time they didn't even take the time to set it up for me. Now I'm sitting here with I believe a missing part so I call and dude answers phone and keeps telling me my phone is breaking up , so I do the only thing I could do and hang up now in this day of caller ID you can't tell me that he couldn't have called me back if he really really cared about customer service I am not gonna go back into that store I will visit another store and see if maybe they can help me with this issue I think it's really really pissed poor customer service that they've gotten $120 out of me in two days and didn't get dinner or a kiss. This experience sucked..Also A sidenote the big guy who had actually more tats then face kept hitting my rig and it one point he did say oh I do feel the heat now, but when dude came in from outside, they all agreed it was just me. Oh and dude with tats , kept checking his watch , he probably had an appt for another tattoo on , oh I don't know, maybe his eyeball, since that was the only place ink had not touched down. read more

Best smoke shop in town. Huge selection of glass and vape supplies. Any employee that has been working any time I've gone in is always very helpful, and really knows their shit. And if by chance they don't, they actually say so instead of faking the funk and sharing wrong information. Any time anyone I know is looking for glass or coils I always make sure to send them here and no one has been disappointed. They always get back to me and say damn girl thanks for sending me to The Outer Limits you were right they are the best! read more

This is the only place I go for my vape supplies. Josh is a great guy, knows his stuff, has given me a deal every time I've visited. Their selection of flavors and mod parts is wide ranging. The one time I asked for a specific part, which ended up being out of stock, the owner had it ordered and there the next day. Would highly recommend read more

Their pipe selection is legit! My wife visited without me and made me rather jealous when she returned with two beautiful pieces. I can't wait to browse in person! read more

Will at Outer Limits is a genuine good dude that has an eye for pairing you with the piece you want. Just went in to buy a bong and he was very attentive and helpful. He gave me a great deal after showing me anything and everything I wanted to take a closer look at. He will meet your budget and your needs with a smile on his face. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a quality pipe, bubbler or bong. Best selection, best prices - this place is legit! read more

Verrrryyy unsatisfied. I came here on 4/20 with a friend to get her a bong I than got talked into getting a new bong even though I had explained to the worker I've had a bong I love for 3 years that has done me well even though I try to get new ones when I start to get tired of it I always go back to my old one. It hits well and is thick I've dropped it off a table and banged it on the sink. Not one crack. 40 dollars with perks. I told him if I did get a bong I wasn't trying to spend more than 100 than swipes my card not knowing I was paying 118 out the door for a bong that broke in just 2 weeks. The most I've ever payed for a bong. Never fell or anything was just cleaning it and the stem snapped off while I was covering the hole. Mind you I've been smoking for about 10 years from bongs and this has never happened unless I drop or smack it on the sink. I came back in thinking they would work with me and only offered a 30%discount which is the same they offered when I came in the first time.. price high so you can give a "discount". The guy wouldn't even listen to me he wouldn't show me which bongs were sturdier or in what price range they were bc he didn't want to get "blamed" I asked what bong is under 100 with perks he said NONNNNEEEE. Basically just BEWARE THEIR GLASS IS REALLY THIN and they won't work w you. I was hoping at least 50% off a new bong bc I took a loss of 120 for one I used 2 weeks. apparently 50 percent off one bong would have hurt their pockets more than my 120 dollar one I used for 2 weeks hurt mine. I just expected good customer service and got cut off and told that that's what happens to bongs they can't garuntee when I have had 10+ bongs and never had a stem just snap off until two weeks ago to the most expensive one I've ever purchased. read more

The Outer Limits - They kept the whole stem it broke in one piece - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Sacramento, California

Almost all of my pieces come from this shop. Staff is super cool and negotiable and all of the product is super high quality for how low the price can be! Plenty of parking out front, I can almost always get a spot right in front. I wouldn't go to any other smoke shop in Sacramento, I'm definitely outer limits loyal! read more

I've come here so many times for either body jewelry or my vape supplies. I bought several Vape kits from them and I just recently purchased one and when I brought it home I noticed that the manual and inserts were from another Vape kit brand. I went in to get a replacement part for the Vape I just purchased a few days ago and they didn't carry it. I ended up having to call around different shops and nobody carries it so I don't know why they would sell me something which they don't even carry the replacement pieces for. Ended up spending like $80 on a vape kit that I can't even use a now and I've only had a few days it's very frustrating. I won't be going back and giving them my business. read more

BEST HEAD SHOP IN TOWN!!! I've been going here for years and they are by far the best i have come across. I was looking into opening one myself so I di a lot of research on the shops in the area and outer limits scores 8/10 in my book. Good prices, GREAT selection, and very friendly people, the only reason I don't give them a 10 is because of the location..... some wanna be rapper is always trying to sell you a CD in the parking lot.... read more

Great service, great product selection. I came in the pick up a Pax 3 for my girlfriend, as she enjoys vaporizing her flowers and I enjoy using concentrates. I found exactly what I was looking for in the exact color. They had a wide selection of products including the Pax 2 and Pax 3. The gentleman who helped me with my transaction let me know about the warranty options available and all of the features the Pax 3 came with. Their glass selection was great too. Definitely a well established head shop in the area. Shoot them a visit. read more

We are new to the area and were looking for a new main smoke shop, and this is it. I was looking for two different types of pieces, and Brandon hooked me up with a gorgeous one that was BOTH, for the best price. We also were able to pick out a beautiful 30th birthday gift for a beloved friend, and all the extras? Got that too. This is one of the best smoke shops I've ever been to, we will be back very soon. Thank you so much! read more

I wanted to get my fiancé some smoking accessories and really knew nothing about accessories, just the lighter he likes. I'm a makeup artist and came in after work glammed and dressed up (so out of place). As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Ray, I told him I new nothing about Smoke supply's and he suggested items I think my fiancé would like. I want to thank him for his excellent customer service and for not judging me lol. Thank you again! read more

A few days before Christmas I was clumsy and broke my Nectar collector, but luckily for me I have a wonderful boyfriend who took it upon himself to go to outer limits to find me a NEW shiny fun piece of glass! Of course I wasn't aware of this yet! Christmas Day he gifts me a green silicone nectar collector that comes with a dab tool and a green tray to prop it up on AND what appears to be a 18mm Nectar collector with a titanium And Quartz tip. excitedly I grab a water bottle to fill the percolator part of the nectar collector. as I poured the water in the water filled up and just as quickly emptied itself directly in my lap. On the 26th we went to outer limits to try to see if our leaky nectar collector could be exchanged. Unfortunately I wasn't able to really catch any names but we were "helped" by a larger short haired man who from the get go seemed to be in a "mood" as I explained that the water fell right through he gruffly replied that it was a DRY nectar collector and that he had never heard of a nectar collector having water in it unless it was "really fancy" he pointed to where the percolator was inside the nectar collector and pointed out that it wasn't sealed and to further his point called over a younger coworker who actually said that he didn't know that the nectar collector was supposed to be dry and apologized. I just find it strange that the nectar collector would even have a percolator to begin with if it's supposed be "dry" there are many companies that sell "dab sticks" that do not have any type of filtration or middle part in them at all and that includes the green nectar collector and that makes sense since it's supposed to be more "on the go" truthfully it really just feels like outer limits is selling overpriced BROKEN china glass. Also as a side note I googled "how to use a nectar collector" I'll add those pics it's quite informative! best part is that the image is basically identical to the "DRY" nectar collector outer limits sells. read more

Hands down the best smoke shop in the northern Sac area. I've purchased more than 6 or 7 pieces from their store and everyone seems to be pretty knowledgeable. They have great customer service and voluminous options on everything you need. I'd recommend them just about every time. read more

Great customer service. Great selection. They really know their stuff and didn't make me feel like an idiot for needing their expertise, This shop is far from my home, but I will keep coming back! read more

The Outer Limits is by far the best head shop in Sacramento. The guys (by guys I really mean Ray) in there are knowledgeable and easy to understand. I've purchased plenty of timeless pieces in here for some really great values. I've never had an issue and the one time I did, they sure didn't let it go unresolved. The fantastic staff really takes it to the limit. read more

These guys really helped me out a lot, especially Ray. He spent a long time with me, going over my best options for what I was looking for. I was able to nab two nice little water pipes for a good price. Great place, definitely my new go-to smoke shop in Sac. read more

I just recently went in to buy a bong from this shop as i had remembered being inside many years ago. When i went inside it was almost overwhelming the amount of selection they have when it comes to glass, not to mention how helpful the workers were. They greeted us as we walked in and were very helpful considering how indecisive i was on my rig choice. One was named Brandon and i think the other was william? Its been a few days and i can't quite remember but they were both incredibly helpful. I got a rig, a new torch (by recommendation), and my boyfriend also bought a smok vape with some juice he was reccomended, which turned out to be the best tasting juice i've ever had. We were incredibly satisfied and we plan on always coming back here whenever we need something. You definitely won't be dissapointed when you walk inside! Seriously the range of selection is incredible. read more

Great little shop. In town for a couple nights and needed a small piece. He threw in a couple free lighters which was a very nice touch.

I have been a customer of this store for about 6 years now. Im always provided with high quality products that are not found elsewhere. The customer service is the best, I always ask questions and the answers from the friendly staff educate me when comparing products and asking about new trends. The best part is that the prices beat others! I always try to make time to visit when I'm in the area because I know I won't be disappointed! read more

I have been coming here for over 12 years now. This place is my go to spot for ANY smoking accessories. The staff is always super friendly, and always willing to work with you on that special piece. Found a beautiful, large bubbler for a very good price. Friendly service and a great selection.

Great spot, with and awesome selection and very knowledge staff. Thank you again. New to Sac and felt right at home in this cool shop.

Went in about a week ago with a Bong that was broken after coming home from the shop which I bought from them and asked what could be done to fix this. First I was ignored by the store attendant while he was taking care of "business" but no one else was in the store. They told me nothing and all I could do was buy another one for full price. No type of deal was given, the person that helped me didn't help, and I left without buying anything else and will never return. I used to love you guys but you have gotten cheaper and cheaper since I first started going there. I felt disrespected and that I was not wanted. read more
