It didn't taste like a real Philly cheesesteak sandwich. It had a lot of mushrooms in it but the gravy sauce tasted weird and it barely had any cheese. He also ordered a halal gyro over rice. Not sure which protein... chicken probably... I really didn't care for it. It didn't taste like anything you'd expect from a halal place. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh but the seasoning on the food was non-existent. Where are all the spices! Didn't taste cumin, coriander.. garlic, etc! So bland. No heat whatsoever from the sauces? It tasted more like creamy bbq sauce. Don't serve halal food for the sake of having variety on the menu. The texture of of the rice was a lil odd for me and it wasn't basmati rice. I'm giving it 3 stars cuz it really was just okay, if anything, I'm being a bit generous. I didn't feel like cooking lunch on a Friday but I could've easily made something tastier for less money.

The workers are only here to make what was requested. Then her friend calls and says shes allergic to mustard after they made the entire sandwich. Then her friends comes storming in the store, saying she is going to call the cops and ICE agents. Incredibly rude. She claimed she knew the owner and said that her mother comes every day and when the owner came she had no clue. So here is a picture of the rude customers. But I will give yall a update review on the food.I also use to take the F train local that's literally right out side of the deli. The subway is attached to the deli ,cool for any one coming home from work or going to work via the F train . you can get some breakfast ,lunch or dinner right in side this deli.Thats one of the reasons this deli separates its self from other dell's besides the food.
