They are all nicely done dry ciders, with just a hint of funk. If we weren't on bikes we definitely would have brought some home! I love that they let you sample them before deciding if you want to buy a glass, sampler, or bottle! We enjoyed a glass basking in the sun by the beaver pond and playing cornhole in the lawn. Such a nice way to end a day on orcas before catching the ferry!

The staff were unbelievably kind, welcoming, and fun to chat with, they made us feel right at home and truly taken care of. We didn't need reservations, we were able to get helped and seated right away. The two hosts were helpful and friendly. They don't offer food, so you are able to bring your own. Pets were allowed, they even had a dog bowl available. Seating was all outside, some covered, some not, and heaters were available.

I'm taking this place down a couple stars for a few reasons. 1. They charge $5 for a tasting. Most places in Washington (outside of Woodinville) don't charge you for tasting, and if they do they waive it if you buy a bottle. Not here - you get charged no matter what. 2. They will not go the extra step to make a sale. They assume everything they have is wonderful (it's not) and you should buy it irrelevant to whether you've tried it. We love wine tasting, exploring new wineries and vineyards and most places we go we've found that once you've started a nice conversation with your pourer and they realize you actually want to taste wine and not get drunk, and then buy wine, they'll give you a couple more options if you're interested. Not here - what you see it what you get. 3. It's over-priced. The wines were average for Washington State, but they were charging high-end prices. I don't know of many wineries in Washington that are selling their malbecs for more than $20 a bottle.
